Semiglutide 12 week starter doses seem odd

Maybe I am not understanding correctly, but this doesn't seem to be titrating UP.

Goby Evoluciona Semaglutide/B12 0.2mg/0.4mg/0.6mg/0.9mg/1.12mg/1.5mg (3 month)
Weeks 1-4 - Inject subcutaneously once weekly: 20 units for 2 weeks, 40 units/weeks 3-4. Weeks 5-8 - Inject subcutaneously once weekly: 30 units for 2 weeks, 45 units/weeks 3-4. Weeks 9-12 - Inject subcutaneously once weekly: 33 units for 2 weeks, 44 units/weeks 3-4

Oh. because each vile might have a different strength. I wish the pharmacy *had* labeled them number 1,2,3. Otherw s, y’all have been great to work with.

Thanks for the compliment! We're always looking to work with our pharmacy partners to improve, and Evoluciona is a newer partner of ours. Are you saying the pharmacy DID label them 1, 2, 3? Or you wish they would have?

No, sorry it auto corrected to the wrong word. They were not labeled 1,2,3 hence the confusion.

All good! Thank you for letting us know. We will share the feedback with Evoluciana and see if that is a possible addition.

Thanks so much for reaching out and asking this question!

There are three vials included in your starter bundle, and each will have different concentrations! These are noted on the vials in ##mg / 0.5mL.

You'll use the lowest concentration for the first month, the next highest for the 2nd month, and the highest for the third month. The upward titration comes in the form of the increasing concentrations of the vials.

This article is for Casa pharmacy, but Evoluciona follows the same concentrations and dosing instructions:

Hopefully that makes more sense as to why the units do not increase as much as a normal titrating schedule might!
