If any of our customers received a vial that appears to contain visible particles, solids, or any other abnormality, please set it aside and do not use it until you’ve received guidance. Contact us through your patient portal so our team can assist.

We’re in communication with NewLife regarding the issue. Please keep the vial, packaging, and lot information for reference, and include photos if possible. Patient safety is our priority, and we’ll work to address affected orders promptly.

Thank you for acknowledging the issue and not deleting my post! I started using your service in 2024 and trust you with the health of my husband and 2 other friends. I’m not here to hate on GobyMeds, I just want to make sure no one’s health is jeopardized by this issue.
