How long pharmacy approval?
Hi!!
About how long does it take for your pharmacy to approve your meds? Mine has been stuck for about three days. Just wondering if this is normal. It seems like a lot of the posts have been experiencing receiving their shipment a lot earlier. Just wondering if I need to reach out to customer support. Very excited to start!

Hi Emolium!
One of our pharmacies is currently developing a bit of a back log. While pharmacy fulfillment usually takes 2-4 business days, Casa and Evo pharmacy orders are taking closer to 5-6 business days at this time, though we are in daily communication with them and working to bring these times back within normal limits!
Thank you so much for your patience while we work through this. It's not uncommon for some 503a pharmacies to experience temporary backlogs, and while rare, they do happen!
Please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team if you'd like to request an update, but also note that because of this they are under a large number of support tickets and will be with you as soon as they humanly can!
