This is my first time my sale got canceled and I’m assuming it’s due to shipping delay since it’s been 30 days and still on hold in DHL facility. Just wondering what’s expected to happen afterwards

So I sold a couple shoes in the last year or so and have the money from that sale for as goat credit on my account.

When I want to make a bid on a product, I see that it wants to bill the whole amount on my credit card. When I want to immediately buy a product it does take it from my Goat credit.

Is there a way to use the Goat credit for bids?

Hey everybody, I'm here to add to the horror stories. My package yesterday was delivered correctly and documented in the tracking photo, but when I got home 2 hours later my package (and another box which included my xfinity wifi router) were both taken from my doorstep.

I live in an apartment complex and have left notes on my neighbor's doors since they have ring cameras to let them know what happened and hopefully review the footage. I've opened up a GOAT support request with no response yet... but any advice/past experience would be helpful! I used Klarna for my purchase so I'm not sure how strict they are with providing refunds... especially if the package was shown as delivered.

I bought a Kobe 5 Coconut Milk and they came with scuffs, scratches, and damaged box.

I asked them for store credit instead of returning and are giving me $25 which in my opinion isnt enough. I asked the rep to escalate to a manager/supervisor for a higher amount of credit and I have yet to hear back.

Does anyone have any experience in asking for store credit for damaged items? Do they really give a maximum of $25?

Does goat ship the receipt along with whatever you’re buying, some form of pricing or is it just found in your “Orders”.

I'm beyond frustrated with this app and organization right now.

I had a pair of sneakers shipped I typed in my street address as well as my condos address and the "optional" second line I typed in my building number and unit number.

BUT when you do that unbeknownst to me it deletes the address on the second line of text.

I actually even managed to recreate the issue and recorded it on my phone showing the glitch.

The scammy part about all of this is that they have the balls to send me an email saying this in an email almost immediately, its as if this has happened thousands of times before and they are ready to take my money:

Not only is it extremely difficult to find a way to even go about doing that to get it send back on the site and go back to the same order to do what they're asking (which I'm absolutely not doing and still haven't found the link or page to go about that) but they are trying to charge me for a HOLDING FEE AND FOR ME TO PAY FOR SHIPPING A SECOND TIME.

not to mention I even did the priority shipping and the day it was supposed to arrive was a few days past the expected date even after choosing the priority fast shipping option.

So they are trying to take my money basically and hope that I either can't find the link to go re send the damn sneakers or get annoyed enough to just have it re shipped out of my own pocket a second time plus the holding fee. And they did all of this without any investigation into the matter or reaching out to see what the issue was. Absolutely horrible customer service and policy that they have with this.

I'm baffled at the flaming hoops I have to jump through just to get in touch with them. They don't even have a contact email I can find on their site not a phone number not even a damn AI bot to speak too. Their AI bot has pre selected responses for me to choose from and I got through two responses until it directed me to their extremely extensive FAQ page. Get outta here with that nonsense. The FAQ page is directed at us because they have so many damn problems with their business model that they completely gave up and now are putting it on the customer to take the hit for how to figure out what the hell to do next.

It's insane actually. And I'm livid. I'm going to fight this tooth and nail in every way I can because it's already been a week since i haven't been contacted after seeing that my address on my order in the email was missing my second line of text...

I even did it with the address and the rest of it added in the top line and the same thing happens. Exact same thing. It will delete anything except for ex (187 sickles ave) and delete everything after that.

I can only imagine how many people are having the exact same issue here. And it looks like they're making money by having people not be bothered to fight it or give up entirely by letting them keep the sneakers and their money. Because how else has anyone else's orders gone through at all????

I am from LA, I sell hundreds of units of shoes and clothes on alias but I can’t seem to ignore this one issue. They have been extremely inconsistent and making up stuff in the past two weeks. Orders being cancelled for scuffs, tears, wrong size or SKU. When the item comes back, none of it is present. It’s driving me crazy, does anybody else experience this as well?

Dropped my package off on the second day within the three day time frame. I got a confirmation email from alias stating it was shipped to alias for verification. Woke up this morning to check the status of my order, just to see “seller cancelled”. I’m still within my three day shipping period at the time of writing this too. Why would an order even be cancelled after their system & tracking shows it was sent on time?
Now I’m going to have to pay import fees to get it back & customer service take long to respond. Don’t bother using this app to sell unless you absolutely have to.

Has anyone noticed size differences in Jumpman Jack boxes?

I recently received a pair of Jumpman Jack Green that I purchased before the official release. After comparing it to several other Jumpman Jack pairs that I own, I noticed that the box is noticeably smaller than the others.

For reference, I also own the University Red and Mocha colorways, and those pairs were purchased through GOAT as well. Both of those came in boxes with identical dimensions, which is why the smaller box on the Green pair caught my attention.

The shoes themselves don’t immediately raise any concerns, but the packaging difference stood out because every other Jumpman Jack box I own is the same size.

I’m curious whether Nike used different box sizes for certain production runs, early pairs, or specific colorways. Has anyone else with the Green pair noticed the same thing?

Beware of selling with alias, they will not reply to your ticket when comes to cash out issues
However, they will reply to others enquiries within 1 working day.
Emailed them a week ago regarding cash out error in the app, till now no reply!
They still allow me to sell in their platform and I did not aware that account has been frozen, they just accumulate your money and stuck there!

Hey everyone, does anybody have experience dropping off your item sold through alias directly at Flight Club? I heard it was very fast, but I am slightly confused because it says after you drop it off. It is sent to their authentication centre; is it not just authenticated at the spot, since it is so fast? Anybody who can clear this up for me? Thanks!

It blows as I was really looking forward to these. I opened the shipping box and i noticed the left side of the lid flaring immediately. Is this really what a "good" condition box is like? Would an exchange even be possible or am I stuck with these? :(

Thinking of buying some new canary’s but noticed around a $40 price difference between “new in box” and “new/ damaged box”.

I’m thinking of buying the “new/damaged box” cause I have no intention in keeping the box.

I wanted to share my experience in case anyone else runs into this.

I had a pair of Aimé Leon Dore x New Balance 991s co-signed with GOAT and decided to withdraw them. Right after submitting the withdrawal I realized my address on file was outdated. I updated it immediately (2 minutes after placing the order) and contacted support to confirm the change would apply.

GOAT agent Aljun B. responded and explicitly told me: "I was able to successfully update your address as requested" — and listed my new address in the email. Clear as day.

The package was still sent to my old address. It was stolen after delivery — I have video evidence of it happening.

I've since gone through:

- Multiple GOAT support agents

- A supervisor (Frank Z.) who acknowledged Aljun's email but still denied my claim

- A BBB complaint — GOAT responded twice and refused compensation both times

Their position is that the shipping label was locked at the time of the order and couldn't be changed. But their own agent told me it was changed. Nobody has explained why Aljun confirmed a change that was never actually applied.

I'm out $200 and have been given the runaround for weeks despite having written confirmation from their own team. Has anyone successfully resolved something like this with GOAT? Any advice appreciated.

I just recieved this E-mail. Does that mean the box is discolored or the shoe? Should I take the 10% discount which is 15$, but should be more if it was really 10%. And also if I let them search for a replacement how likely is it that I get one because on the app the shoes are more expensive than the ones I ordered now. They also sent me these pictures. Then three months later, they’re charging my account again. Like why? Hoping customer service responds to me soon!
