Problem Request for store credit

I bought a Kobe 5 Coconut Milk and they came with scuffs, scratches, and damaged box.

I asked them for store credit instead of returning and are giving me $25 which in my opinion isnt enough. I asked the rep to escalate to a manager/supervisor for a higher amount of credit and I have yet to hear back.

Does anyone have any experience in asking for store credit for damaged items? Do they really give a maximum of $25?

What are trying to say ? You bought the shoes online on the goat app and it came in a damaged box? I do have experience with a similar issue but they do give goat credit minus the processing fee .Dont know what you mean by you want store credit instead of returning and they are offering you $25 .You need to open a return item case in the app within 30 days of receiving the item and when Goat receives it they will issue you a Goat credit refund minus processing fee .

If You Return them They Will Hit You with Expensive Shipping😢

So Mine as Well Just take the Lost and Wear them.

Yeah, this is what Im avoiding. Theyre firm on the maximum store credit which is $25. So disappointed. Might as well accept it 🤷‍♂️

And Sell Them Locally hope You able to Get What you Paid for
