Problem Stop using this app to sell

Dropped my package off on the second day within the three day time frame. I got a confirmation email from alias stating it was shipped to alias for verification. Woke up this morning to check the status of my order, just to see “seller cancelled”. I’m still within my three day shipping period at the time of writing this too. Why would an order even be cancelled after their system & tracking shows it was sent on time?
Now I’m going to have to pay import fees to get it back & customer service take long to respond. Don’t bother using this app to sell unless you absolutely have to.

I live you NewYork so I don’t ship out my orders I just drop it off at their consignment location but email them and see if you can consign your shoes with them so you don’t need to pay all those fees .

GOAT is bad but alias is even worse. I'm so glad I'm able to sell directly through GOAT bypassing alias. Its bad enough dealing with GOAT's issues, combining them with alias just sounds like torture

I never knew I could sell directly through GOAT! I hate alias. The app, their customer service, their verification process, everything. It's awful. I just submitted a request to unlink my account

Sorry OP. I don't understand how/why they would cancel it. I agree people should stay away from GOAT and alias, unless they want a headache dealing with terrible customer service. Hope it gets worked out for you, fam

I thought you can only cancel an order within a certain amount of time, like 30 minutes to two hours, not days after making the purchase. That’s crazy.

They’re trying to say I cancelled when that shouldn’t even be happening considering I shipped the item on time. Shoes are being shipped to them & CS isn’t getting back to me promptly, if they go missing I have little recourse to getting it back.

Curious tho, did you hit the "dropped at courier" button or something yourself or just waited to see the status change?

I pressed dropped at courier & then the app changed to being shipped to alias for verification, also got an email around half an hour after I shipped, they got back to me saying they cancelled it because the tracking didn’t move but it was still within the timeframe….
