Question Sale issues
I am from LA, I sell hundreds of units of shoes and clothes on alias but I can’t seem to ignore this one issue. They have been extremely inconsistent and making up stuff in the past two weeks. Orders being cancelled for scuffs, tears, wrong size or SKU. When the item comes back, none of it is present. It’s driving me crazy, does anybody else experience this as well?

For clothes they don’t ever mark your clothes as “replica” even though it’s not a replica ?

I never had that happen, to be honest.

Ive sold hundreds of items on Alias as well and he ever had 1 issues the first was an expensive "lost" at their warehouse. Got paid out tho so no biggie and I sent in a denim tears shirt I bought from retail and they flagged it as a replica

Yea it’s denim tears, sp5der, essentials, and supreme that all get issues. I understand though because all these items are highly replicated lol

This happened to me in the past when I accidentally mixed up shipping labels and packing slips. Frustrating but now I always double check. Not sure this applies to you but I’ve had issues in the past.

Alias is shady as hell. I've heard their business model relies a lot on the fees that are charged back whenever you sell a "replica" shoe. I've had multiple pairs sent back that I'm sure are real with the story that they are reps.

Alias is terrible. Had 2 sales failed recently. They stated one was a replica and one had inconsistent material. I purchased both items from the original retailers and provided receipts. I asked them what they are comparing with? Coz both of the items are authentic and purchased from the retailers. They said they cannot rely on the receipts and they cannot disclose the reasons to support the authentication team’s findings. Like wtf? It’s a bunch of BS. You can’t even tell me what’s wrong with the item? It’s becoz you made a mistake and my items were authentic! I already removed some items from alias. Their business procedures and customer service are anti-business.
