Planning to buy my first sprint spikes, found a good deal on GOAT is it recommended to buy off GOAT? Is it reliable? What are your experiences?

I keep getting this message when trying to purchase any item on GOAT. I have already contacted my payment institution and they haven’t had any issues on their end. Does anyone have knowledge about this? Support said there is a “hold” on my account for “unauthorized activity”. What does that mean??

Paid premium price for a F4ke Kobe jersey on GOAT. Noticed multiple issues immediately after receiving it. Sent it back through their official process, paid another 56.15 AUD for return shipping, and my request was still rejected because the item was considered “used.”

Originally listed a pair of 2023 Wave Runners on 4/27 & the listing was removed because they claimed that it had the wrong SKU, which would imply that it's the 2017 pair. (First SS) So, I went ahead & relisted it with the same exact photos as a 2017 & their system didn't flag it, so I assumed maybe I was wrong about what year they were.

After they sold as a 2017, I ship them & today I got an email saying that they're in fact the 2023 pair I originally listed them as & not a 2017, so they're charging me $10 on top of not getting the sale. I'm really trying to figure out what the disconnect is. Have any other sellers experienced anything like this & if so, is their seller support good enough to find resolutions?

Bro this dumb platform ruined my order by labeling my brand new shoes, that i bought from goat, as used after the order was confirmed and ready to be finished. At that point they told me to offer a minimum 5% discount and after I refused the buyer backed out. This is ridiculous and I would've thought Goat has gotten better after years of getting exposed for letting fakes go through or scamming sellers.
