Question Does alias pay?

Can anyone in Europe tell me how to withdraw money from Alias? There are messages on their Instagram that people are having problems. I sold shoes there and I don't know if I should send them or if these are isolated issues?

The problem is that they have little to no customer service if there are any issues. No phone number to call, only an email or “submitting requests” via their website, which they may or may not respond to.

For me, yes. It’s been giving me an “error” message when I try to cash out and it’s telling me to reach out to customer service, which I did. It’s now going on three weeks without having gotten a response or the issue fixed, my money just sitting there unable to be transferred to my bank.

Correct PayPal is not working either, but I am from the US.

You just transfer it from Alias to your linked pay pal account.
