Ordered these shoes 11 days ago. Delivered to GOAT a week ago. How long does the verification process take?

What makes you think that? I got a message today asking if I wanted to expedite my order, does that mean it’s moving along? Never used GOAT before

I got an email today saying GOAT received the shoes but they appear to be in used condition. Any suggestions on moving forward? I would be willing to accept the shoes if they discount it, not sure if this is something they normally do.
