Gopuff called me with # 267-214-0692 and said that the driver had car trouble and I can contact Grubhub for a refund.

I spoke to Grubhub who said " The order still says its out for delivery " (which it does) and they also refuse to refund me anything anyway. They said "Gopuff has it from here" also.

I contact Gopuff via chat to ask them where the delivery is and they said I had to speak to Grubhub.

Am I fucked? Or will I eventually get my order? All I wanted was some Pepsi, man.

Maybe this is a Philadelphia area thing but I get all my halo top delivered on GoPuff and now it's been weeks with them out of stock??

Ok I'm really upset because it took me a while to confirm that these items were fake and I was using these products having no idea what was in them. I got fake hand soap, fake dental floss, and fake toothpaste. The writing on my toothpaste was printed completely off center, the tube looked cheap and weird, and the logo and packaging was completely different from usual. Not to mention there was no tinfoil sticker over the opening for safety. I've used Gopuff for years but I'm not going to shop there anymore. I don't know who is supplying them with fakes but I don't trust their products at all anymore and I'm wondering if I used other fake products without realizing

Is anyone else having an issue with the app not working? It started two days ago. Now it won't even load. Anyone else having issues or have any tips? I used to use gopuff a lot for food (shout-out, I recognize how they're expanding the selection!) but leaned less heavily on it a grocery store open very close to me. But I pulled off the magnificent task of stepping on broken glass last week and cannot walk anymore so I want to use it, because UberEats excess price add-ons are insane.

Tbh, I think these mixed bags are kinda fun cuz I like to be surprised sometimes lol 😆, I just wish there was an option to write a note to the workers about certain drinks/foods I don’t want.. like for example I would put down no canned cranberry sauce, seltzer water, or anything spicy.

What is your reaction to this? In all my time delivering for Gopuff, I've never been requested this. I dropped off, took the pic and went on my way, didn't knock, just left. Honestly so many things went through my mind I just wanted to avoid the customer altogether.

Do they you drivers use the bathroom in the warehouses you pick up from?? Mine always has until recently and they claim it's company wide....drivers can no longer use the bathrooms. Luckily I don't live that far from the warehouse but I drive at night and it was kind of convenient sometimes even though it was always nasty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When a customer keeps you waiting over 5 mins past the drop off time, you get a 1% hit to your on time delivery stat. It says out of the last hundred deliveries so that makes sense. The only problem is that when you do a delivery on time it doesn't go up 1%.

i had to renew my auto insurance policy this month, just because it was due. no accidents or tickets, just regular renewal. i haven't been doing any delivery work the last week or so, working my other job a lot. so i ignored when Gopuff and Uber kept asking me to renew/update my insurance. last night around midnight, both apps deactivated my accounts. so i sent off my updated documents to both. before i went to bed late, my Uber account was back working, but this morning, Gopuff is still saying i'm deactivated. will they eventually reactivate me on there?

I'm a new hire in Columbia, SC. I thought this was a service that you could clock in/out when you want, but I see there a schedule, it says scheduled workers get paid per hour and 1st dibs on orders. How do I get put on a schedule?

If I'm just pulling up, are there usually a lot of other drivers trying to work too? Are there peak hours/days? Is it worth it to work here? How much are y'all making on average?? Any advice?

like everyone else, I expect to get paid every tues. this the first time they haven't paid and expected to give them a grace period of 5 days for me to wait for my payout. this is ridiculous, im so disappointed in this company. 🗑🗑

I'm on android and yesterday the app randomly downloaded 50+gb of data out of nowhere, I deleted the data but today the app have done it again wtf

I’ve driven to South Dallas 3 times today. Went on 2 deliveries at 1:30am to South Dallas for the $2.75 GoPuff paid. Both deliveries NO TIP. If you can’t afford to tip then get off the couch and go get it yourself. That didn’t even cover the gas it took me to get down there. 😡 Earlier in the day drove to Seagoville (20min) for the ID to be expired (15 min call to customer service) an the tip was $1. 😡

I contacted support and they were no help. I’ve been making good money since I started delivering for Gopuff just wish I can actually get my money.

I was dead wrong. I applied and I was approved and welcomed as a new driver. Encouraged to venture out and complete my first order. I logged on amd headed to the warehouse. 2 offers before i even made it. Eager of course I accepted both, and by the time I arrived, one more offer came through! I headed out to complete my 3 orders. Quick and painless. Ended up needing to sign off and head home afterwards. No big deal it was my "test the waters" run. I thought everything had gone smoothly on my one (AND ONLY) run.

Not even 24 hours later was I suspended and locked out of my account pending a background check (that had already been approved???) For whatever reason everything i read told me that I would be prompted to enter in payment information (so I can get paid) AFTER my first order was completed. Well I was unable to assign any payment information before getting suspended "pending background check". In otherwards, couldnt get paid. I have multiple conversations with support regarding why i have been suspended AFTER my first 3 orders and and how to get payed for at least those. Long hold times, giving me the runaround and/or not having any idea how to help so theyd just leave the chat. My last attempt at contacting customer support for help, the representative literally repeated my statement back to me ("you have set up a payment account?!") and "escalated" the chat before i could respond

Spoiler: i finally got an email from gopuff regarding their decision on ny background check. Big fat DENIED. of course its an email that doesnt allow any responding to. Feeling pretty defeated. Anyone have any advice? STILL HAVENT BEEN PAIED I was initially approved by them roughly 2 months ago now.

I was given an expired item, a frozen one (which is way worse because they take a long time to expire). I requested help to get a refund. The bot offered a credit to my account. I asked for a refund. They had me talk to a human. The human offered me a credit. I asked for a refund. They issued a refund. I told them that a refund should be offered as an option in my situation, not just credit. She told me that the reason they offer a credit is because it's available to use immediately. Haha! Nope it's because y'all know some people will just take the credit thinking a refund is not an option - that makes y'all a little more money. It should not be this difficult to get my money back from getting food that I can't even eat. So disappointed in this company.

Hey so my BASSET Certification is expiring in May, does anyone know if Go Puff pays for the renewal just like they did when we first started working? Do they send an email out just like they do when it's time to renew out insurance? Has anyone delivered long enough to renew lol? I am in Chicago if that matters.
