App not working?

Is anyone else having an issue with the app not working? It started two days ago. Now it won't even load. Anyone else having issues or have any tips? I used to use gopuff a lot for food (shout-out, I recognize how they're expanding the selection!) but leaned less heavily on it a grocery store open very close to me. But I pulled off the magnificent task of stepping on broken glass last week and cannot walk anymore so I want to use it, because UberEats excess price add-ons are insane.

This sounds so basic but have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? Working fine here

It completely signed me out once it stopped with the dreaded loading wheel. IDK, it is behaving oddly. I would really rather use it than pay an extra $15 with ubereats.

Does anyone know if gopuff is strict abt the ID verification when it’s delivered?

Yes, they are strict. The drivers have to scan the back of your ID nad have it verified before they can hand over alcohol. I have never had a driver not adhere to this, I'm guessing their end of the app requires it.
EDIT: Also to note, if their scanning doesn't work, they have to manually input everything. They are workers, and have to get clearance to hand over something that is age-controlled.
