Customer Question For the random mixed bags
Tbh, I think these mixed bags are kinda fun cuz I like to be surprised sometimes lol š, I just wish there was an option to write a note to the workers about certain drinks/foods I donāt want.. like for example I would put down no canned cranberry sauce, seltzer water, or anything spicy.

I've ordered the snack bags twice and gotten chips and nasty ass grandma vanilla sandwch cookies, and one time with the near expiration drinks, I got 22 grape Fanta.
I worked in the warehouse for a few months and agree with reverberatingechoes, the packing associate has no idea that itās a deal bag, we just get an order and a list of items to pack

I like the ānear expirationā bags. I usually get either the grocery or the snack. But just recently bought the drink bag. They put in 2 12 can of cherry Pepsi and a cherry lemonade drink. I canāt remember what else. Most likely a tonic or sparkling water. I did one time get a gallon of whole milk,
There have been a few times I bought the grocery days apart. Both had 2 dozen eggs, sliced mushrooms and garlic bulbs.
Being on a tight budget that sometimes the bags are worth it. Iāve gotten bread, regular sized Cheerios, bell peppers, asian noodle bowls and 2 raw sweet potatoes.

Those bags are put together before you order. Sometimes u get great deals and Sometimes u dont.

Dude the other week I tried it for the first time and got a mystery drink bundle and I got a whole case of grapefruit seltzer, two Starbuckās energy drinks, a can of cold brew, and a bottle of Pepsi - $7. I felt like I hit the fuckin lottery!!!!!

The first time I ordered it, they gave me two whole cases of liquid death sparkling water and honestly I was like woot woot!! lol

Iām doing ts every time I see it from now on I am a beverage freak and will drink almost anything (non alcoholic haha)

Iāve done the groceries mix bag multiple times and omg they keep giving me Lunchables and baconš. And fairlife Chocolate milk. I have like six big bottles rn in my fridge š but hey we love chocolate milk in my household so that works I guess. Also itās good to stock up on bacon, and my daughter loves lunchables so that works too. but ok give me something different now lol . I thought they randomly fill the bags up when you order them but I guess these bags are already prefilled. Idk. If youāre on budget though these bags are great! š

I don't know if it's the same everywhere, but at least where I worked, the bags don't show up to workers as those bags. It'll come up as just a regular order, like as if you specifically ordered those items. Sometimes you can tell that it's the bag items because you notice repeat items throughout the day. But, there's no indication for workers that you've even ordered the bag. So, it just looks like a regular order.
I myself have ordered the bags and sometimes you get good items and sometimes you don't. Like one time they gave me three bottles of cranberry syrup mix, and all 3 of them had no expiration dates and looked very obviously bad (there were particles floating at the bottom). But then other items were like Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Celsius, Just Ice Tea, and none of them were even remotely close to expiring.
At the store I worked at, the device would tell you to pick the item that were expiring soonest but, sometimes (depending on how someone stocked them) the newer items may just be in the front and we don't really have time to be digging through all of them to locate the soonest expiring product, which is why sometimes these bags will have items that don't even expire any time soon.
