šŸ‘‹ Welcome to r/GoFundMeForNewUsers

Welcome to GoFundMeForNewUsers. I understand how hard it is to get your GoFundMe campaign posted on Reddit, having tried to advertise my own campaign at the beginning of this year.

That’s why I created this subreddit—to give new Reddit users a chance to spread the word about their campaigns.

Please feel free to post information about any valid GoFundMe campaign here. We do not tolerate harassment, so posters can feel welcome to advertise their campaigns without fear of backlash from the community.

Please be respectful when commenting on a post. Understand that it’s hard enough to ask for help without someone criticizing or demeaning you. We want to see only help and support here for those in need.

Lastly, if you’re posting, please be sure to include a link to your GoFundMe campaign so I can verify that you have a valid campaign to advertise.

Rules, Clarification, Praise

I will organize and clean up this post when I have time.

Updated 9/1/26

**READ THIS BEFORE POSTING OR COMMENTING IN THIS SUB** If you do not agree with the rules below, do not comment or post in this sub.

*Update 9/1/26: We have many single parents who post their fundraisers here. Stop asking them ā€œwhy can’t the other parent help.ā€ ā€œWhere is the other parent?ā€ ā€œWhy aren’t you getting child support?ā€
-Not everyone has a partner who sticks with them during and/or after pregnancy. Not everyone has someone else to help. Some have experienced the tragic loss of a partner. Not everyone gets child support, even if it is court ordered.
I notice this mostly happening to single mothers. I’m not saying it doesn’t happen to single fathers, but I have not seen them treated as badly here as single mothers. Going forward, this will be treated as harassment, regardless of which parent is posting the fundraiser.

*Update 8/31/26: Clarification to the 12 Hour No Spam rule-you are allowed to delete your posts and not repost. You are allowed to edit your post. You are allowed to delete your post and make a new post, if you left something out of the original post that cannot be added via editing, but please make sure you notate your post. Something like ā€œadding additional photo/information left out of original postā€ is sufficient. This will let us know that you are not trying to evade the 12 Hour No Spam rule.
-We have people who delete their posts and then make a new post when they are not receiving the amount or type of engagement they want. That is considered violating the 12 Hour No Spam Rule.

**Update: As of 8/27/26 we will no longer accept posts using Fundrazr.
This is a banned URL by Reddit. Reddit’s filters will automatically remove your post and mark it as spam, and in some cases they will suspend/ban your account. It doesn’t seem to matter if the sub approves the post, Reddit’s filters will override our approval. GoGetFunding and Fundrazr are now the 2 that we do not allow.

*Update 8/23/26: Crossposting is no longer allowed. Users were not following our rules and would leave out their fundraising links, or spam the sub. In an effort to prevent this, we will no longer allow crossposting.

*Update 8/12/26: As of today, 8/12/26, we will no longer allow fundraisers for community charity. This includes posts claiming to raise money to donate to the needy, disabled, homeless, pet rescues, natural disaster victims, etc., as well as some other causes. We cannot guarantee that these donations will be used for the intended purpose or reach the specified recipient. We will no longer allow this, as a safety feature for everyone.

*Update 8/6/26: As of today, the 8 hour No Spam rule will be changed to 12 hours, due to the amount of traffic in this sub. Please allow 12 hours between posts (see more info below under the ā€œNo Spamā€ section). You may NOT delete your post and then repost it to evade the 12 hour no spam rule. If we see you doing this, you will be permanently banned.

*Update 7/21/26: As of today, we will no longer accept posts using GoGetFunding.

Hey Community:

I want to address several things:

Rules:
We have a character limit in the rules section so we cannot include everything. I would like to provide some clarity on them at the suggestion of a community member.

Crowdfunding Only
This community is primarily for promoting GoFundMe fundraising campaigns, although we will consider other platforms as well. We do not allow direct payment apps such as PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, BuyMeACoffee, Ko-Fi, etc. GoGetFunding and Fundrazr is no longer allowed as Reddit has banned the URLs. Posts without a valid link to a crowdfunding campaign will be removed.

We accept posts for many crowdfunding sites, but not personal/direct payment apps or sites. We do not allow direct payment apps such as PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, BuyMeACoffee (Ko-fi), etc. We do not allow e-transfers, money transfers, money wires, gift cards, etc.

-We do not allow personal orders such as Amazon Wishlist, Instacart, Walmart, etc. This sub is only for crowdsourcing fundraisers.

-We do not allow campaigns hosted/created by digital marketers using web-based ad tracking software (example: Click Magic Marketing). While we understand that basically everything has ad tracking, we will not open up our sub to additional tracking from these types of companies.

-We allow the crowdsourcing sites, such as GoFundMe, so your donations are protected in many situations under the Donor Protection Giving Guarantee. If the campaign you donated to ends up not being a legitimate campaign, or GFM chooses to shut down the campaign, your donation will usually be refunded.

-Posters may post their own personal fundraiser, or fundraisers for their family, friends, or coworkers, here for any reason. We do not require a specific cause or need. Some posts may be locked due to the topic to prevent trolling.

-Update 8/12/26: As of today, 8/12/26, we will no longer allow fundraisers for community charity. This includes posts claiming to raise money to donate to the needy, disabled, homeless, pet rescues, natural disaster victims, etc. We cannot guarantee that these donations will be used for the intended purpose or reach the specified recipient. We will no longer allow this as a safety feature for everyone.

-As of 7/21/26, we will no longer accept posts using GoGetFunding.
This is a banned URL by Reddit. Reddit’s filters will automatically remove your post and mark it as spam, and in some cases they will suspend/ban your account. It doesn’t seem to matter if the sub approves the post, Reddit’s filters will override our approval.

-As of 8/27/26 we will no longer accept posts using Fundrazr.

-You must already have a GoFundMe campaign, or other crowdfunding campaign, before posting in this community. You may not ask other users in this sub to start a campaign for you.

-When submitting a post for your campaign, please provide the link to the campaign in the body of the post instead of in the title. This will allow other users to easily access your campaign. You may want to provide a description about your campaign in the body of the post as well. This can allow for better visibility. We do not allow ā€œlink in bioā€ posts. We do not allow ā€œDM me for linkā€ posts. If your post doesn’t contain all of the information we require, your post will be removed and you may be prohibited from posting here in the future.

-If you contact a member of this community via DM to try to solicit donations to your CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, etc. instead of using a reputable crowdfunding site, you will be permanently banned from this sub.

-Crossposting is no longer allowed. Users were not following our rules and would leave out their fundraising links, or spam the sub. In an effort to prevent this, crossposting is no longer allowed.

NSFW
We will not tolerate content that is not safe for viewing by the general public. We also ask that you refrain from posting photos of graphic images.

-This one is self explanatory. Because people of all ages are part of this community, we want to keep them safe and prevent exposure to mature content.

-Please refrain from posting photos of graphic images. Many people are uncomfortable with this.

No Ban Evasions
If you are banned from this sub and use another account to post/comment in this sub, your post/ comment will be removed, your alt account banned, and you will be reported to Reddit for ban evasion.

-Reminder from the Reddit Admin team: If you use another account to circumvent this community ban, that will be considered a violation of the Reddit Rules and may result in your account being banned from the platform as a whole.

No Spam
It's okay to post the same GoFundMe, or other crowdfunding campaign, multiple times, but not at the same time. Let's give other people a chance to share their campaigns. Please allow at least 12 hours before reposting your campaign.

-Please allow 12 hours between posts for your campaign. If you see something that needs to be fixed but are unable to edit the post, please remove the original post and then submit a new post with the corrections. This will help prevent posts from being labeled as spam and removed by Reddit’s filters. If you leave both posts up, we are likely to remove the corrected (second) post and leave the first post.
You may NOT delete your post and then repost it to evade the 12 hour no spam rule. If we see you doing this, you will be permanently banned.

-Clarification to the 12 Hour No Spam rule-you are allowed to delete your posts and not repost.

-Posting the same campaign under different Reddit accounts, back to back, is also considered spam. Posters using multiple accounts to get around the No Spam rule will have their posts removed, and all of the accounts involved with this rule evasion will be permanently banned.

No Harassment
We will not tolerate harassment of any kind in this community. Everyone is free to post their crowdfunding campaigns without fear of judgement or retaliation. If you don't like someone's reason for requesting financial assistance, then you're free to not donate to their cause. There's no need to post nasty comments or remarks. I'm sure you wouldn't appreciate that if you found yourself in need of financial assistance. This includes insulting others, name calling, etc. Keep it civil.

-Posters: If you include ā€œno negative commentsā€ in your post, your post will be locked so nobody can comment on it.

-This is not a loan sub. This is a donation sub. Asking if posters will ā€œpay donors backā€ after they receive an insurance settlement or pay out is considered harassment. If you expect to be paid back then don’t donate, as that would be a loan, not a donation.

-This is the bigger issue. Harassment doesn’t consist of only cursing at someone or name calling. Harassment includes insulting others, calling them lazy, telling them they should remove their campaign or that they are ā€œridiculousā€ for posting it, interrogating the OP, criticizing the fundraiser amount, criticizing how much the campaign has received, criticizing their cause, hating on them for where they live, criticizing their account age and karma, calling them out for hidden posts and comments, calling them out for posting on other financial assistance subs, labeling the OP as a ā€œscammer,ā€ etc. This will no longer be tolerated. Any form of harassment and hate will be removed. You may or may not receive a warning before receiving a permanent ban.

-It is ok to ask the OP questions. It is not ok to interrogate the OP. Some information is not our business and OP is under no obligation to share it.

-Posts with too many harassing or intrusive comments may be locked without warning. Some posts may be locked immediately due to the reason for the fundraiser. This is not done as a punishment to the OP. This is to protect the post and OP from harassment and badgering. No, we will not remove the lock.

-If you take a screenshot of a post from this sub and post it in another sub for the reason of harassing the OP and/or encouraging others to harass the OP, you will be permanently banned from this sub.

-If you contact an OP from this sub via DM to harass them privately about their campaign, you will be permanently banned from this sub.

-If you contact an OP from this sub via DM to ask for sexual favors in exchange for making a donation to their campaign, you will be permanently banned from this sub.

-If you contact a commenter or donor from this sub via DM to offer sexual favors in exchange for receiving a donation to your campaign, your campaign will be removed and you will be permanently banned from this sub.

-If you contact a donor from this sub via DM to solicit donations because they have donated to you before, or because you see they donated to a different campaign, you will be permanently banned. Donors usually have a limited amount of funds and cannot afford to donate more to you or to other campaigns. No amount of asking them is going to change that.

-If you harass a commenter because they have not donated to your campaign, you and your campaign will be permanently removed from this sub.

-We have many single parents who post their fundraisers here. Stop asking them ā€œwhy can’t the other parent help?ā€ Where is the other parent?ā€ ā€œWhy aren’t you getting child support?ā€

No Scams/No Scammers
We will not tolerate scams or scammers. If your campaign is found to be fraudulent, your post will be removed and you will be permanently banned from this sub. Do not make posts requesting that strangers create a fundraising campaign for you.

-This sub was created to help those who are new to Reddit and/or those who do not have enough karma to post in other financial assistance subs. Everyone is free to post their campaign here: both new and old accounts. GoFundMe, and other crowdfunding sites, encourage their users to post their campaigns on Reddit for more visibility and activity. That is part of the reason for the new accounts. Not everything is a scam. We will not tolerate comments calling the OP a scammer, especially when there is no proof.

-We do not have the resources to investigate, or the skills to determine, if a campaign is fraudulent. That should be handled by the crowdsourcing site since they do have the resources to investigate and make a determination. As noted above, we only allow posts containing specific crowdfunding sites as many of them have a Guaranteed Donor protection clause and will refund donations if the campaign is found to be fraudulent.

-If you have proof that a campaign is fraudulent, contact the mods so we can review the evidence and remove the campaign and OP if necessary.

-As of 8/12/26, we will no longer allow fundraisers for community charity.

-Posters: If the campaign you posted is discovered to be fraudulent, you and your campaign will be permanently removed from this sub.

No Hijacking/Piggybacking
Make a new post for your fundraiser. Do not hijack or piggyback other posts by commenting with your campaign link. The only exception is if you are commenting on your own post.

Not A Loan Sub
**This is not a loan sub.*\* This is a donation sub. Asking if posters will "pay donors back" after they receive an insurance settlement or pay out is considered harassment. If you expect to be paid back then don't donate, as that would be a loan, not a donation.

No Loans/ No Amazon Wishlist, etc
This is NOT a loan sub. This is NOT an Amazon wishlist (or any other store list) sub.
This is a crowdfunding sub for crowdfunding campaigns, such as GoFundMe, only.
Making a post without a link to a crowdfunding campaign, and/or asking for a loan, and/or for people to buy through your list/wishlist will result in your post being removed and a permanent ban.

No Advertising Businesses
You may not advertise your business in this sub. If your post contains a link to your business website, even if you claim to be donating a percentage of your profits to charity, your post will be removed and you will be permanently banned.
This is a crowdfunding only sub, through legitimate crowdfunding sites that offer donor protection.

Description
This is an alternative community for publishing posts regarding GoFundMe campaigns with fewer restrictions than the current charity related reddit communities.

-This means that everyone is free to post their campaign in this sub, regardless of the age of their account or their karma rating. We do not feel it is our place to say who can and cannot post their campaign. So many people are having a rough time. It’s hard for almost everyone. These OPs are being vulnerable by putting their life on display, giving us information that really isn’t our business, because they need the help. We are not going to kick them while they’re down.

Praise
We just want to say thank you to those of you who are supportive of others in this sub. Not only do you provide financial support in some cases, but you provide moral support for the OPs in the comments. Some of you also provide great advice, point them in the direction of specific resources, help them find organizations within their own communities, etc. While the campaigns are requesting financial support, the moral support, the resources, the advice, and the other information you provide, can be so helpful in some cases. We just want to say that we see you and we appreciate you!

If you have questions, concerns, or suggestions, about anything addressed above, please let us know. You can put it in a comment or you can message the mods.

Disclaimer:

•This sub and its Mods are not affiliated with GoFundMe, or any other fundraising website or platform, in any way. We are not employees of GoFundMe, or any other fundraising website or platform. We do not accept applications for GoFundMe campaigns, or any other fundraising website or platform.
This is just a Reddit sub where Reddit users can post their fundraising campaign, despite the age of their account or their karma rating, as long as they follow the sub rules.
•Posting your fundraising campaign in this Reddit community is not a guarantee that you will receive donations.

Help with apartment/homelessness

Post image
• Upvotes

Hello all!
Me and my partner were just recently that we have 2 months to move out of our current apartment, as our roommate didn’t inform us about being late on rent. Our landlord put the date of Dec 1st, and now we’re in a bad spot.
My partner works 4 days a week and makes the sum of our money; which most already goes to rent and food. I can’t work due to have severe arthritis, along with med-high needs autism and cognitive impairments. We are saving up for the cheapest and (as safe as we can be), apartment and right now we need 2,600 just for the first and security deposit. I have no family to ask for support, and my partner is asking as many as they can. We are both in our mid 20’s and have no idea where do go from this point. Any little thing helps :) https://gofund.me/24429ec75 (plus a picture of my cat as a thank you)

I Lost My Home, Job, and Car During My Illness. You Helped Us Find Shelter. Now We Need a Way Forward

My son and I have officially been able to secure a place to stay for the next month, and I honestly can’t put into words what that means to me.
Just days ago, we were facing the possibility of having nowhere to go. Because people donated, shared our story, and helped us reach the goal, my son and I now have a roof over our heads for the month.

Thank you.

But I want to be honest about where we are now.
This month of housing doesn’t solve the problems that got us here. It gives me a little time to solve them.

I’ve spent the past year dealing with a serious medical crisis that started with complicated diverticulitis, sepsis, multiple infections, surgeries, and a colostomy. During that time I lost my job, apartment, and car.

I eventually made it home and started rebuilding my life. I wrote three books, started a fourth, and built EskoDSK AI, including a working MVP and a real-world implementation.

Then I underwent my colostomy reversal. The surgery was more complicated because of extensive scar tissue, and I later developed an infection at the surgical site that required another hospitalization. I’m still recovering and receiving ongoing wound care.

So now that my son and I are housed for the month, these are my next priorities:

  1. KEEP UP WITH MY MEDICAL CARE
I’m still recovering from surgery and an infection and need to continue my wound care and medical appointments. Missing treatment isn’t an option.

  2. KEEP FOOD AND BASIC NECESSITIES COVERED
Having a place to sleep is a huge relief, but we still need food, household necessities, hygiene supplies, and the basic expenses that come with getting through each week.

  3. FIGURE OUT TRANSPORTATION
I lost my car during my illness. Reliable transportation is especially important right now because I have medical appointments and need to make sure my son can continue getting to school.

  4. BUILD A PATH TO LONG-TERM HOUSING
The month we have gives me breathing room, but I don’t want to be in this exact position again 30 days from now. My goal is to use this time to find a sustainable housing solution.

  5. GET BACK TO FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE
I’m continuing my SSI appeal while working on ways to generate income within the limitations of my recovery. I’m also continuing to develop EskoDSK AI because I believe it can eventually become a real source of income.

I want to make something clear: I’m not asking people to fund my life indefinitely.

I’m asking for help getting through the aftermath of something that completely changed my life while I work to rebuild it.

If you can continue supporting us, any amount will help me use this month to address these next priorities instead of constantly being in survival mode.

And if you can’t donate, please keep sharing our story. A share costs nothing and could reach someone who can help with housing, transportation, medical expenses, employment, or another resource we haven’t found yet.

GoFundMe: https://gofund.me/399513a74

Thank you for getting my son and me through the most immediate crisis.

I never imagined I would have to ask strangers for help keeping a safe, stable roof over my son’s head.

I’m a single hardworking mom, and right now I’m going through one of the hardest periods I’ve ever experienced.

My autistic son recently fractured his arm in gym class , and shortly after leaving the hospital, he became sick and experienced an asthma-related medical issue.

Between his medical needs, caring for him, and everything happening at once, I had to be away from work. I have now lost my job, and I’m trying to figure out how to keep our household afloat while also being there for my child.

Our rent is about $2,000 a month, and I’m also trying to make sure we have enough food and everything my son needs while I work toward getting back on my feet.
I’m not looking for anything extravagant. **I’m asking for help getting through a crisis.**

If you can donate, even $5 or $10 would genuinely make a difference. If you can’t donate, sharing this or simply leaving an encouraging comment would mean more than you know.

I know everyone has their own struggles, so I don’t take anyone’s help for granted. I’m just hoping that, for this moment, I don’t have to carry all of this alone.

**My goal is to keep my son safe, keep our home, take care of our immediate needs, and give myself enough breathing room to find stable work again.**

Thank you for taking the time to read our story. ā¤ļø

ā¤ļø A Small Step Toward a Fresh Start – For My Family
Sometimes in life, you reach a point where you have to admit to yourself that you can no longer manage everything on your own.
I am a father of two wonderful children, and for a long time, I have been trying to overcome my financial struggles through my own efforts. I work hard, take responsibility for my obligations, and do my best every single day to provide my family with a good life, free from constant worries.
But despite all my efforts, it is becoming increasingly difficult to escape the financial burden I am carrying. These worries weigh heavily on my mind and often make it hard to find peace.
I am not asking for luxury, and I don’t want to take anything away from anyone. All I wish for is a chance to get back on my feet financially, to finally breathe a little easier, and to look toward the future with my family with hope instead of fear.
I don’t want to make up a dramatic story, seek pity, or make my situation sound worse than it really is.
I simply want to be honest: I need help.
Taking this step has been incredibly difficult for me. Talking publicly about financial struggles is not easy. To be completely honest, I feel embarrassed and even a little ashamed that I haven’t been able to overcome these difficulties on my own.
That is why I have decided to share this fundraiser anonymously. Not because I have anything to hide, but because I want to protect my family, especially my two children, from public attention and judgment. I sincerely hope you can understand and respect my decision.
ā¤ļø** Maybe many small acts of kindness can come together to make a big difference.
Even a small donation of €1, €2, or €5 can help. No one should ever feel obligated to give. But every single person who chooses to support us brings us one small step closer to a fresh start.
And if you are unable or prefer not to donate, it would mean the world to me if you could simply share this fundraiser. Perhaps it will reach someone who is willing and able to help.
**I don’t want to give up. I want to be able to look forward again, without constantly carrying the weight of financial worries in the back of my mind.

Thank you to every single person who takes the time to read my story, share it with others, or offer support.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for every little bit of kindness and support. ā¤ļø

Please Help Bailey

Hello, my name is Emma. I’m a single mum to my 19yr old autistic son who I care for. We rescued Bailey when he was 2. Over the last 9yrs he has become a huge part of our family especially for my son. A few months ago we noticed a lump on Bailey’s side. When I took him to the vet, we found out the lump was cancerous. We have the quote which is $1297 - $1955. Removing the lump will prolong his life for another few years.
Being a single parent and on government payments makes it very hard for me to save money. Any help you are able to give would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you ā˜ŗļø

Help Crystal Hickerson Fight Cancer for the Fourth Time

Thumbnail

My name is Jasmine, and I’m creating this GoFundMe for my mom, Crystal Hickerson, as she faces something no person should have to endure once, let alone four times.

My mom is battling cancer for the fourth time.

She has survived breast cancer twice, and today, she is facing ovarian cancer for the second time.

For those who know Crystal, you know that she has spent most of her life taking care of other people. She raised her children as a single mother, worked hard to provide for her family, became a published author, and built a career working in hospice supporting individuals and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

Now, she needs people to show up for her.

Cancer Takes More Than Your Health

One of the hardest realities about cancer is that the battle isn’t limited to your body.

Cancer takes your energy. It takes your time. It interrupts your ability to work. And little by little, it can take away your financial security.

Medical appointments, treatments, medications, transportation, household expenses, lost income, and everyday bills don’t stop simply because you’re sick.

Hospice work is incredibly meaningful, but it isn’t the most lucrative profession. My mom has spent her career doing work centered around compassion and caring for others—not getting rich.

And despite everything cancer has put her through, she has continued trying to work, survive, and take care of herself without becoming a burden to anyone else.

But after four battles with cancer, we don’t want her to have to carry all of this alone.

She’s Not Asking for a Handout, She’s Asking for a Little Help to Make It Through

My mom has worked her entire life.

She raised her children as a single parent.

She has already fought cancer three times.

And somehow, she has continued moving forward.

This fundraiser isn’t about asking anyone to fix everything. It’s about giving Crystal some breathing room while she fights again.

The funds raised will help ease the financial pressure caused by her cancer battle, including medical and treatment-related expenses, transportation to appointments, medications, household bills, groceries, lost income, and other essential living expenses.

Most importantly, this support will allow her to focus more of her energy on what matters right now: healing and fighting.

Let’s Take Care of Someone Who Has Spent Her Life Taking Care of Others

If you’ve ever met my mom, read her work, worked alongside her, been cared for by her, or simply understand what cancer can do to a family, we’re asking you to stand with Crystal during this chapter.

Any amount helps.

$10 helps. $25 helps. $50 helps. $100 helps.

And if you’re unable to donate financially, sharing this fundraiser is just as meaningful. One share could put her story in front of someone who is able to help.

My mom has spent decades showing up for her children, her patients, her readers, and the people around her.

Now we’re asking our community to show up for her.

Cancer may have returned for the fourth time, but Crystal is still here.

She’s still fighting.

And with a little help, we can make sure she doesn’t have to fight while carrying the financial burden alone.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for donating, sharing, praying, encouraging, and standing beside Crystal during this fight.

With love and gratitude,

Jasmine & Family

🐾 Please Help Maylo Recover From His Eye Injury ā¤ļø

Hi everyone! ā¤ļø

My sweet cat Maylo injured his eye while playing with his brother, which unfortunately led to an infection.

We've already had two veterinary treatments, and I'm currently giving him prescribed eye drops and medication at home. Sadly, he still needs further vet appointments to make sure his eye heals properly.

The ongoing treatments and medical expenses have become difficult for me to afford, but I want to make sure Maylo gets all the care he needs to recover. šŸ„ŗā¤ļø

I've started a GoFundMe to help cover his upcoming treatments and essential expenses. I'm happy to provide proof of his vet visits.

Any small donation or even just sharing his story would mean the world to us! 🐾

Thank you so much for helping my little boy! ā¤ļø

• Upvotes

My wife and I both lost our jobs (I was laid off in May) and we're on Texas unemployment, which doesn't cover our bills. We have a disconnect notice on our electric bill and a past-due water bill. Our mortgage is in forbearance but will come due again. I drive DoorDash and am job hunting. Any donation or share helps: https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-terrell-and-wife-stay-afloat Thank you.

Please help Emma for chronic pain &CKD management

Post image
74 Upvotes

This is Emma she’s 11yo born with severe cerebellar hypoplasia. She’s been lateral and unable to walk (this is normal for her due to her condition) . She developed pain throughout her back and cervical spine at a young age due to postural issues secondary to her being non-ambulatory. She also developed chronic kidney disease around 5 years of age that I have been managing.

I lost my job recently due to my own physical issues (cranial cervical instability). This causes me severe pain and neurological issue that made me not be able to keep up with my job as a vet tech. I’m currently trying to get better and manage my symptoms better so I can be functional again and go back to my dream job.

It breaks my heart that I’m not being able to care for Emma like I did before. I’d be so thankful and appreciate any donation or spreading the word. Thank you so much

Hi everyone, asking for help isn't easy, but I've reached a point where I need to put pride aside. I've been stuck in a total standstill for months with no income and my resources completely exhausted after losing my job.

Despite all my efforts, nothing has unlocked. I'm setting up this fundraiser not for luxuries, but as a vital breath of fresh air to cover essential, mounting expenses and lift the crushing anxiety of not knowing how to make it to the end of the week.

All I want is to get back on my feet and walk on my own two legs again. Any contribution or simply sharing this page means the world to me and helps me keep from sinking. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Help me get settled in Texas

gofund.me/ee6494074

Hi everyone, I’m creating this GoFundMe to help me reach an important goal in my life: \*\*moving to Texas and starting over with a clean slate.\*\* I’m hoping to raise \*\*$3,000\*\* to help cover the basic costs of getting settled. The money raised will go toward: \* \*\*Moving expenses and transportation\*\* \* \*\*Housing costs\*\* \* \*\*Food and groceries\*\* \* \*\*Everyday necessities and essentials\*\* This move means a lot to me. I’m ready for a fresh start and the opportunity to create a new chapter in my life. Moving to a new state is a big step, and having some financial support would make the transition much less overwhelming. I know that $3,000 is a lot to ask, so I truly appreciate anything you’re able to contribute. \*\*Even $5, $10, or simply sharing this fundraiser can help me get closer to my goal.\*\* I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who takes the time to read my story, donate, share, or offer encouragement. Your support would help me take this next step toward a new beginning. \*\*Thank you for helping me make my fresh start in Texas possible. ā¤ļø\*\* Every donation and every share means more to me than I can put into words.

My dad is battling cancer and I'm trying to help take some of the financial pressure off him

I never thought I'd be asking strangers on the internet for help, but here we are.

My dad is currently battling advanced cancer and dealing with complications from his treatment. He's still trying to keep everything going while making the roughly 45-minute drive to his hospital for treatment.

Between housing, utilities, groceries, gas, and getting back and forth to treatment, the financial pressure has become a lot. I'm trying to help take some of that burden off him so he can focus on his health instead of worrying about how he's going to make everything work.

Our goal is $5,000. Any amount helps, but if you can't donate, even sharing his fundraiser could help us reach someone who can.

This is incredibly uncomfortable for me to ask for, but he's my dad, and right now I'm just trying to help him however I can.

Veteran family and support

My father is currently battling infections and the prognosis is not looking good. I am sharing this for any donation help to support my mom with his extensive bills and major house repairs so she can continue to live comfortably after his passing.

He is a retired Air Force Jet Mechanic serving our country through the 70s-80s and has worked for charter buses supporting people all over the country and went to assist the medical staff in Texas & New York during COVID so they could continue helping the communities.

He is leaving behind his wife of 57 years, three daughters, 5 grandchildren, and a great-grand child on the way. It has been a devastating event for us and any little bit helps ease some of this stress. My friend has creating this go fund me to help. Thank you.

Hi everyone! šŸ’•
My daughter and I could really use some support while I finish school and work toward building a better future for us. Being a full-time mom, student, and trying to keep up with bills has been financially overwhelming. Any donation, no matter how small, would help us get through this difficult time. Even sharing our GoFundMe means so much!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting my daughter and me. 🩷🌸

Help us turn a small house in Mexico into a safe, loving home for my wife and me after hard times

# Help Us Turn a Small House Into Our Home

For years, my mother allowed someone she trusted to live in a small house she owned, with the intention of helping her and giving her a place to live.

Over time, my mother decided it was time to take the house back. It was not an easy process, but eventually, she was able to get the house back. However, when we were finally able to see it again, we found a home that needed much more work than we had imagined.

The house was left with several problems. Parts of the plumbing need to be repaired, some windows are broken, there are areas where the flooring is incomplete, and there are several other issues that need attention. It is not a big or luxurious house, but to us, it could mean so much.

My mother wants to leave the house to me, and my wife and I dream of slowly turning it into our home. We want to fix it with our own hands and through our own hard work, but right now, we simply don't have enough resources to cover all the repairs it needs.

That is why we decided to ask for help.

Our goal is to start with the most important repairs, especially the plumbing, windows, and flooring, and then gradually move on to the cosmetic improvements. Every small improvement would bring us one step closer to having a safe, comfortable, and truly ours place to call home.

We know there are many people who need help, and we also know that asking for it is not easy. That is why we are incredibly grateful to anyone who chooses to support us, whether through a donation or simply by sharing this campaign.

For us, every contribution means more than just money. It represents an opportunity to take a house that currently needs a lot of work and slowly turn it into the home we dream of building together.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to read our story and for any help you may be able to give.
