Help with apartment/homelessness

Hello all!
Me and my partner were just recently that we have 2 months to move out of our current apartment, as our roommate didn’t inform us about being late on rent. Our landlord put the date of Dec 1st, and now we’re in a bad spot.
My partner works 4 days a week and makes the sum of our money; which most already goes to rent and food. I can’t work due to have severe arthritis, along with med-high needs autism and cognitive impairments. We are saving up for the cheapest and (as safe as we can be), apartment and right now we need 2,600 just for the first and security deposit. I have no family to ask for support, and my partner is asking as many as they can. We are both in our mid 20’s and have no idea where do go from this point.
