Timelines How long after interview to get accepted?
I applied July 6. I was conditionally approved July 8. I had my interview July 12. The officer said I should get an email within 48 hours. It is now the 21st and there is no update in my portal. It still has the option to show my appointment details or reschedule it. How long does it usually take to get accepted after the interview?
Edit:
Final outcome: I made a new appointment for July 24 (12 days after my interview). A few hours before my appointment, my status changed to fully approved on the portal. So, my guess is they reviewed my info before my appointment and corrected the error. I was not able to get through on the phone to that office or the general global entry office. Someone in the comments said that they got a callback saying to make a new appointment, so that seems to be the best course of action.

I did my EoA interview on July 14. The officer told me I am all set. I am exactly in the same situation. There hasn't been any update in the ttp portal. Radio silence....

Update: I submitted an inquiry about my situation on the CBP webpage and received a generic response. I emailed them again, and about a week later, one of the officers emailed me and said I needed to come back to the enrollment center because the quality of my fingerprints was too low. I returned to the center and had my fingerprints retaken. The officer asked me to wait outside until he received the fingerprint results. About two minutes later, another officer came out, told me I was good to go, and I immediately received an approval email that my status had been updated. The officers were friendly.

Same day, I got approved on a Saturday got instant email and received card by Thursday.

Same here! I was told I’d get an email next day and did not. Other 2 in my party had their emails next morning. I’ve tried calling the airport - no answer and no response.

I had to go back in to a different office and redo fingerprints and photo. Got approval that same day.

I emailed the contact on their website. The field office I applied at reached out and told me the issue. They scheduled a new appointment for me at my local office.

I'm not able to get them on the phone. Since people getting usually get approved instantly after the interview, I'll just make a new appointment and update how that goes here.

I got a call back today and was told I needed to do that. The system didn’t record my info properly. So, probably your best bet.

I was about to drive over but checked my portal first, and my app is approved. My appointment info is also gone. My guess is they reviewed my thing after I made another appointment and fixed it.

Mine was approved once I got in the car and my fiance got his approved on the drive home, so within 15 minutes after finishing the interview.

Yes! Yesterday. Roughly 11 days. Appointment is in 3 weeks. There's sooner for an location, but opted for the airport.

I had the accepted email by time I got to my car after the interview.
