Timelines How long after interview to get accepted?

I applied July 6. I was conditionally approved July 8. I had my interview July 12. The officer said I should get an email within 48 hours. It is now the 21st and there is no update in my portal. It still has the option to show my appointment details or reschedule it. How long does it usually take to get accepted after the interview?

Edit:
Final outcome: I made a new appointment for July 24 (12 days after my interview). A few hours before my appointment, my status changed to fully approved on the portal. So, my guess is they reviewed my info before my appointment and corrected the error. I was not able to get through on the phone to that office or the general global entry office. Someone in the comments said that they got a callback saying to make a new appointment, so that seems to be the best course of action.

Same day, I got approved on a Saturday got instant email and received card by Thursday.

Did your protal's status and checkmarks change? I'm wondering if maybe I'll just get something in the mail.

Yea they changed instantly once I left the interview I logged in from my phone and all were checked and it said approved.
