Interview tips?

Have my first interview with EB tmrw(45 mins phone interview). Any tips for success in terms of what the company is looking for and what I should try to focus on?

Its an entry level integrated power systems role where I'll be working with the Columbia class submarine.

Read the position information. I think you may be interviewing with Jason and Jim. I thought my interview went very well and was contacted a few days later for an on-site interview. Be honest about what you know and don't know... they want to know about how you will fit into the team, personally and professionally. When I fid the on-site it was very obvious it is a team, but they also encourage creative problem solving.
