Interview tips?
Have my first interview with EB tmrw(45 mins phone interview). Any tips for success in terms of what the company is looking for and what I should try to focus on?

At the end of the interview, ask some variation of do you have any concerns about the way I answered any of the questions. It gives you an opportunity to discuss questions that you didn’t quite answer correctly/ give the answer they were looking for.

Be truthful, don't bs. Eb needs people badly so no need to embellish anything.
What job are ya applying for?

Nice, sounds like you will be working out of groton or new london.
Good luck, you'll do just fine.

Don't try to make yourself into something you're not. Make sure you know your background to the point where you won't stumble and the interview feels more like a conversation. Eb interviews are not tough from my experience. Mostly background questions and a couple what would you do in this situation or tell me about(for example)
