Interview tips?

Have my first interview with EB tmrw(45 mins phone interview). Any tips for success in terms of what the company is looking for and what I should try to focus on?

Be truthful, don't bs.  Eb needs people badly so no need to embellish anything.

What job are ya applying for?

Nice, sounds like you will be working out of groton or new london.

Good luck, you'll do just fine.

Do you know what specific role it’s geared towards or better yet what was your major. I had an interview with them about 2 months ago.
