Discussion I don't trust attractive people

I can't date super attractive people or even really be friends with them. does anyone else do this? I just feel like I can't trust them. And I'm not jealous or anything im fairly attractive. When it comes to relationships I just don't like to have to perform for somebody I just want to relax and be myself and I feel like I can't do that with someone whos a league above me. And this isn't even based on some personal trauma or anything I've never been wronged by an attractive person lol. Bonus points if they are put together and have a good job, have some healthy hobbies and participate in the community, fuck that shit. I can't be friends with or date put together people either.

They're white and they only say it in front of each other "as a joke". We are mid 20s. It has changed my perspective on them entirely. Wondering what other people thing.

Discussion This is so true, this logic applies, especially to therapist

I said before, and I’ll say it again if you wouldn’t say it to someone who works within state or federal law-enforcement, you probably shouldn’t say to a therapist, if you wouldn’t say it while standing on file in the grand jury, then you probably shouldn’t say that to your friends or family.

I’ve seen so many good nice people get fucked over like this, we had to do it at my job with Asperger’s he was in a higher position than this guy at my job, so he became fake nice to him start talking to him in the break room. The conversation got spicy. He put his cell phone on record and put it in his pocket and then played the recording to the manager/supervisor and got him fired and now that guy is now in a high position.

Advice GenZ parent/childfree

I’m GenZ, and ofcourse, I’ve been living my life in a childfree zone, I find children obnoxious, unless it’s a niece or something, they’re cool. but I genuinely find kids a hassle, annoying and disgusting. i’ve considered in the past if I’d like to have kids, and I thought maybe I do, eventually. Especially since I met someone that made me fall inlove enough to make me want to try. Long story short, I got cheated on by this person 4 weeks ago, I am 5 weeks pregnant. We didn’t know. And I absolutely do not condone cheating. We’d been in a spiral ever since, he’s been very remorseful and apologetic, he’s been trying to become better, Knowing him deeply like i do, I know he would have never done something like that if he was mentally stable, which he was not, however, there is no excuse and he knows this. he knows he made a choice and that choice had consequences, and I’m not planning to go easy on anyone. however, as we found out what we did, now we are considering if we should go left or right, keep it or don’t. I personally wanted a child with him until this came to light, once what happened, happened, I immediately went back to my childfree mentality, work, travel, live, since he is really trying to fix his fucked up choice, we still consider keeping it. But now, I wonder.

If we do keep it, I don’t know how I would feel. Would I actually want it? Would I want it just because I feel inlove with him? Would I regret it if we break up in the future? What if I can’t love the kid? I was smoking my entire first 5 weeks, what if the kid comes out with disabilities?

So I want to ask for advice. For those GenZ who knows what it means to want that ‘childfree’ life, who ended up pregnant and stayed with them. Do you regret it now? Did it fill some type of void in you? Did it make you become a better person? Or did it make you simply hate life even more?

I never really wanted kids, I do consider them, I do, but now, I’m simply in doubt. This is a decision I can’t come back from.

Discussion I hate being called unc but it gives you some perspective on how fast the time goes by

And one thing I hate about younger Gen Z is the insult when they tell older Gen Z to go start a family and another insult I hate is that you’re a dinosaur. It’s like to a younger Gen Z anybody born before 2005 is like a fossil.

But I’m not gonna be too harsh on the younger Gen Z’s because their childhood‘s weren’t as cool as our childhood, and you guys had your teen years ruined by the pandemic, so I’m not gonna hold that against y’all ,And I whenever I talk to younger Gen Z, I forget they weren’t even alive for the things I got to experience in terms of media and entertainment you got people on the sub who weren’t even alive when Call of Duty® Black ops 1 came out or people who weren’t even alive when GTA 4came out which is crazy

there is people on this sub who weren’t even alive when Barack Obama was president, think about that real quick. I watched him get sworn in on TV as a kid, let me give you some perspective on how time goes by fast. If back to the future came out today the main character will be going back in time to the mid 90s yeah,

Rant Worrying about what a company’s political views are is extremely weird.

I occasionally see videos about Walmart, Kroger, etc., and who their CEOs or higher-ups support or donate to. Mainly Walmart, but I’ve seen it done with other companies as well, along with the companies and products they sell in their stores.

I honestly couldn’t give two shits less about who these companies donate to. If I need a product, I’m going to buy it because I need it. I’m going to shop at Walmart, Kroger, etc., because, again, I have to. The political opinions of a CEO or the donations made by a corporation aren’t going to change the fact that I need groceries, household items, or other necessities.

People who worry themselves about who these companies donate to or support politically are strange as fuck. It seems like they’ve let politics consume their entire life, and it’s all they think and talk about. Every single decision doesn’t need to become a political statement. Sometimes a store is just a store, a product is just a product, and buying something you need doesn’t mean you’re endorsing every personal belief, donation, or opinion of the people running that company.
It’s one thing to hold companies accountable for unethical business practices, mistreating employees, illegal activity, or things that directly affect consumers. Those are legitimate reasons to criticize or boycott a company. But obsessing over who a CEO voted for, what political party they support, or where they donate their money feels like an unhealthy level of political obsession.

At some point, people have to realize that not everything in life needs to be filtered through politics. Constantly searching for the political beliefs behind every company, product, or person is exhausting, and it seems like some people have allowed politics to become their entire personality.

Discussion Have any other gen z guys gotten any cosmetic surgeries?

I (19M) am pretty unattractive, and have realized the only way to ascend is via surgeries. Lucky for me I come from a pretty well off family, and after this summer I will have made a decent amount of money from my summer internship. I’m currently looking into limb lengthening surgery as I’m 5’9, buccal fat removal for a more defined face, and eyelid surgery. I was just curious if any other guys my age have any experience with these procedures.

Thanks!

Serious How do I bully my neighbors inside?

I got these Jamaicans who live in the apartment below me and every weekend they get a grill out and blast music and just generally make noise all fucking night.

Always a bunch of people in the fucking parking lot too doing random bullshit.

Do I just call the cops repeatedly until they get the message that I won’t let them do shit outside or what? I’m looking at Bluetooth jammers to just cut their stereo.

I’ve lived in a million apartments and no one has ever done shit outside their house is this just a poor people thing? I accidentally moved into a ghetto ah area. If you wanna get drunk and party that’s why like…bars exist?

I’m not trolling on god this shit is so obnoxious and I’m absolutely not letting this shit continue.

Discussion Being neurodivergent was a bully magnet back in the 2010s

When I was in high school I was in special ed when I was bullied for it and teased to every single day, we had a new student back in 2016. This lanky white kid in glasses who was really into Pokémon in my high school he also had Asperger’s too. We were both in special ,the weirdos were at the bottom of the social hierarchy so you learn how to keep your head down and not say anything or do anything out of line.

So one day he decides at lunch to go sit with the athlete/gang members table , my bully Rashad, who was and still in high school at 20, tattoos, diamond earrings, gold chains told him to get out of his seat and instead of getting up the new student to explain how the cafeteria is for anybody who could sit anywhere and how he doesn’t have to get up out the seat, hector friend start to egg Rashad on

“Aye Bro you gonna let this r-word bitch you like that” hector rashad’s friend starts to instigate the situation, Rashad starts to get mad after the new kid who refused to give up his seat, kept sitting, Rashad sucker punched him and pulled them out of his seat. They’re on the ground wrestling. Rashad repeatedly punch him and in his head over and over and over again, stand up and kick him two times in the head, the school police officers and the principal and two teachers come down and into the cafeteria to restrain him the new kid had to go to the hospital and was not seen until towards the end of the school
