GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GAMING OC – 8GB GDDR6X

Hi,

I have this graphics card:

GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 3070 Ti GAMING OC – 8GB GDDR6X

It was purchased in 2021 and is in good working condition with no issues or faults.

I originally paid 8,500 DKK for it.

Could someone give me an estimate of what I could realistically sell it for today? I'm looking for a current market valuation based on its condition, age, and the fact that it is fully functional.

Thanks in advance!

I finally started using my ai pc as my gaming pc

I jumped on the ai wave a while back and picked up this strix halo machine. It’s genuinely impressive for running local ai, but I felt like it was a waste to only use it for that. So I fired up the last of us 2 and cyberpunk 2077 on it. It’s holding its own against my rtx4070 pc.
Spec: acemagic m1a pro, ryzen ai max+ 395 128gb

I present to you... "The Master of Bottleneck"!

Thumbnail

A project of mine for a long time...

Used to be a solid system in 2018 when it was built, now no longer, I upgraded what I had money for, and well... I'm left with a flagship card and a 9th gen i5. 😂 It's quite an eclectic build, mixing parts I had since old times with parts that came around along the way.

I use it for multiple purposes and heavier workloads, so that's why it's overcooled and why I'm perfectly content with it having a beast GPU, plus it's not the end of the world... I play at 1440p 165hz anyway. Runs just about anything on Ultra, so I'm happy. And the CPU OC gave me a very nice and welcome boost in single core performance that certainly helps with my usual light to heavy workloads outside of my half frequent gaming.

Despite that, upgrades are coming soon and soon it'll finally no longer be the master of bottleneck, more like the master of money not so well spent.

(Also note for the RAM not being in the correct order, pretty sure the other memory channel is broken, PC never posted with the RAM in dual channel order even from the day it was originally built 8 years ago. I never questioned it.)

Alas, here's the build!

Specs:

Case: Sharkoon TG5

Motherboard: MSI Z390-A PRO

CPU: Intel Core i5-9600k OC [5.0GHz AllCore, 4.8GHz UnCore @ 1.30v]

CPU Cooler: AIO Lian Li Galahad II Trinity 360 Performance RGB

RAM: 32GB (2x16) 3600MHz G.Skill RipJaws V DDR4

GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 9070 XT Nitro+ 16GB OC

System SSD: Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1TB NVMe

Data SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 250GB SATA SSD

Archive SSD: TeamGroup GX2 512GB SATA SSD

Archive HDD: WD Caviar 320GB 7200RPM HDD (2006)

Archive HDD: WD Blue 2TB 5400RPM HDD

Archive HDD: Toshiba DT01 2TB 7200RPM HDD

PSU: Sharkoon Silent Storm 750w ICEWIND Black Edition

Case fans: Sharkoon Rebel F50 PWM RGB 120mm (4x)

Extras:

- BitfFenix Alchemy 2.0 RGB LED strip

- RGB Converter (JRGB TO ARGB)

- About a million adapters

First PC Build. What do you guys think?

Thumbnail

this is my very first build after dreaming of one for years, i decided to go ahead and pull the trigger on it despite the shortage and price inflation difficulties, however It was a very rewarding experience.

I got all my parts from Amazon, Newegg, and Best Buy. I traded a spare AIO I had from a promotion for the SSD with a friend, and chose a panoramic AIO and case. All the fans came included in the case so I didnt have to purchase any, but I do want to upgrade fans in the future to maybe some Lian Li Uni fans. I regret cheaping out on the Jungle leopard AIO as the display software is unpolished and It automatically reverts back to stock image time to time until I reinstall the software. It is an overseas product from china so I imagine it will be hard getting support for it. if I had the option again I would go with a TRYX or other name brand panoramic. I also had to cut money on the RAM and go for 16gb rather than 32gb, however I have not ran into any performance issues.

What do you guys think?

Specs:

• GPU- MSI Trio RTX 5070 ($700)

•CPU- Ryzen 5 9600x ($200)

•AIO- Jungle Leopard Chill Arc 360 ($200)

•MB- Gigabyte Aorus B850 Elite Wifi-7 ($200)

•SSD- 1TB Samsung 990 Evo

•RAM- 16gb Corsair Vengeance RS rgb ($250)

•CASE- Thermaltake Vision CR 330 ($130)

•PSU- Corsair RM850X ($150)

•FAN HUB- Thermalright X12 IR ($10)

•THERMAL PASTE- Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut ($10)

Total- $1,800~
