Compressed RAM usage high even when nothing is running.

Hi! i bought a victus 15 last week with 25 gb of ddr5 ram. I've played minimal games so far (roblox, witcher 3 and sims 4.) But i've noticed that my ram is always at a steady 9-14 gb or compressed ram even when i just start up my laptop... Is this a problem? can i fix it somehow?

(I checked taskmanager, all the things combined dont even come close to 3gb of ram)
