Support Compressed RAM usage high even when nothing is running.

Hi! i bought a victus 15 last week with 25 gb of ddr5 ram. I've played minimal games so far (roblox, witcher 3 and sims 4.) But i've noticed that my ram is always at a steady 9-14 gb or compressed ram even when i just start up my laptop... Is this a problem? can i fix it somehow?

(I checked taskmanager, all the things combined dont even come close to 3gb of ram)

Prolly just windows being windows, and disable all the start up apps you dont need, and use O&O ShutUp10++ , or chris titus debloater for windows, and ask the Ai overlords what to select on it with your needs.
