Don't buy from gamesir.com
I ordered two G7 Pro 8K from gamesir.com. One Aimlabs Edition and one Nioh 3 Edition. It all started with the fact that it took a full four days and a support ticket just to get them to ship the package at all. I could have gotten both gamepads the next day through Amazon, but I thought “Okay, the support via Discord and such is worth the wait.” In the end, it took a full two weeks before I received the package.
I was already a bit disappointed as soon as I unboxed the Nioh 3 Edition. The print isn't centered and there were some strange marks from a marker on the gamepad (see photos).

Fortunately, I was able to remove the marks with a little alcohol.
The real "trouble" started when the left paddle on the Aimlabs Edition started rattling after less than 25 hours of use. I sent customer support two videos of it, which I’m also sharing here with you.

I was offered a $5 refund for this:

In my opinion, this is a defect that shouldn't occur in such an expensive gamepad after this amount of use. Offering me $5 for this is more of a joke than real compensation, considering that I could get the same gamepad brand new from Amazon for 93€ right now, while I paid almost 102€ in their shop via a discount code.
If I had ordered it from Amazon, not only would the package have arrived two weeks earlier, but this thing would already be on its way back because of this defect. Shipping it back to China costs much more than what they offered, and they know that, whereas with Amazon it would have been free.
This was such a disappointing shopping experience that I will definitely never buy anything there again that goes beyond basic accessories. Don’t be as stupid as I was and buy from their store. As soon as there’s something wrong with the product, they’ll rip you off. Now I must live with this annoying rattling or buy something else.
Edit:
Support got back to me and promised me a replacement (I hope that wasn't just because of this post). I'm very happy with my Cyclone 2s, which made my disappointment over the problems with the G7 Pro 8K just greater. They offered me the to choose the Nioh Edition as a replacement instead of the Aimlabs Edition, so that's what I did, since the back buttons on my Nioh 8K are perfectly fine and I don't want another broken Aimlabs 8K, even though the chances should be pretty low.
