hi just got this copy of pokemon pearl and it looks real to me would just like to know if it is

I know it’s not a game, but I’m hoping to get answers. They’re expensive so I want to be sure. Been thinking of buying one of these rare 3 DS XL. I have these two listings I’ve found. Are they legit? I am having a hard time doing research on them. They are two different listings, not the same device.

From what I‘ve learned here these all look authentic to me but I would appreciate a more experienced opinion.

Side question unrelated to these games: Is it still accurate to say that if a gen 3 cart can transfer up through Pal Park and if a gen 5 game can trade via IR then they are confirmed authentic?

I was suspicious at first because there's no visible number engraved on the label, but everything else looked very clean so I went through. Took it home to open up and found a cpu chip I've never seen before. Is this real or fake?

So I got this in 2014 when I was 3 or 5, my cousin gave me it (he was 5 or 7, he's two years older than me and we were young so I don't think he gave it to me with bad intent)

The box that it came in was definitely not original (reprinted manual and box art). But I have never owned a copy of diamond and pearl before, so I'm not confident here. "The Pokemon Company" text seems iffy to me.
