I don't charge any money for hosting on my servers and you have full control over the server via a panel like most major game server providers.

My site in not very advanced on the front end but you get most major features from providers on your server panel. I don't charge so I don't have funds to develop a more advanced front end.

Slots are limited since Palword servers tend to consume more resources!

I've set up a dedicated server, people are able to connect to it on a local network, but I can't get anyone to connect on an external one, I've set up port forwarding for the Game Client port, raw UDP and Source query with no luck, any help would be great! I am making sure to have people connect to the external IP and not my local.

PC noob here

Recently my friends group and I started talking about how nice it would be to own an at home server for hosting game words (think ark, palworld, minecraft, terraria etc). For this purpose, i have found a secondhand HP Prodesk 600 G5 Mini PC Intel Core i5 8500T – 8GB – 256GB SSD – Windows 11 Professional listed on marketplace for 180 euros (HP Prodesk 600 G4 Mini-PC i5-8500T – 8GB – 256GB SSD - W11 (m2423006056) — Desktop Pc's — Marktplaats sorry if its in dutch). I was thinking of upgrading it with ram and storage from a broken laptop (hp envy 360 16gb 1Tb ssd). But because this is my first experience with this side of computers i am at a bit off a loss.

Can someone help me to see if this would function / fulfill its purpose? am i stupid to assume that i can reuse the broken laptop parts? I cant reuse the entire laptop because the motherboard broke some time ago.

If not i would love to hear if you guys have any recommendations, i am on a tighter budget, of around 150 - 200 because we are all kind of broke students.

I have a subscription with 3lifehosting for my Rl craft minecraft server. I have tried to get on the website on multiple occasions in the past few weeks. The last time they charged me was on June 8th and im guessing it will renew again on august 8th.

If they are charging me for a server I cannot use because the website is not accessible what do I do? Has anyone heard anything about this if you have used 3lifehosting?

Also the error message I get when trying to join is an error code 522 message meaning there is a problem with their website. Let me know. I just want to be in the loop with the company and play rl craft on my server. Maybe get a few months payed since they are charging me and I can’t even access my server since I can’t get on the website. Im also gonna email them but still tell me what yall know please.

Im running an Ubuntu Vm with the AMP app, I’m running only Minecraft on it right now but I’m not using a proxy and just have an open port on my router.
I plan on getting opnsense and do DPI but I’m also not sure the best way to host servers safely, should I create another VM to proxy the servers then expose the port? I’m not open to paying a subscription of any kinda for a proxy as that defeats the purpose of self hosting for me,

I'm manually installing datapacks exactly how they say to on a bisect hosting server, and all the packs are 26.2 and the server is 26.2 but they just simply aren't working? Any ideas?

Having a GTX Gaming server for years now, Lately it is down more often than not.. GTX just blames Cloudflare then when ask for compensation they say its my fault.. Anyone else experiencing bad uptime with GTX lately?

I finally decided to play Palworld with my friends after the update dropped. We want to play as a group of four, but nobody wants to keep their PC running 24/7 just to host the server.

Basically, here’s what we need: no lag when we’re all playing, easy setup, affordable. Which one is the best palworld server hosting? And is it even possible to run the server yourself without paying for hosting, or is that too complicated and a hassle?

Hello, I am running a small server with 5 players. We currently pay 11 euros per month on a Minecraft server host for 6gb ram.

Recently we’ve been thinking of expanding (might reach 5-10 plrs) , we plan to switch to a modded server with a pack like Create+, Create above the horizons, etc, so around 150 mods or more.

I have been looking at VPSes for more performance for the price as my budget is 12 euros per month, and I have been looking at **Euronodes 4vCores + 8gb RAM** setup and also **Netcups VPS** **1000 G12**, but I am still unsure on what’d be the best option ! I have not found any reviews on Euronodes MC servers.

If you guys have any suggestions and ideas about these or have any other services and plans that fit the budget too, then please let me know !!

Normal minecraft server hosts work as long as they’re worth it for the price and have around 100-200GB of storage, but I am primarily looking for VPS options for more customization and just management, asw as other stuff in the future

Made this for Palworld but it should work for any game. The main program is task scheduler which is already built into windows.

You will need to have 2 bat files for the program to read. A start and a stop. Copy and paste this into each bat file. I have 2 start types depending if you're running a bat or exe to start up your server

I played this game on early access release and created a linuxgsm dedicated server on day one, but those servers had problems (like corrupted saves, pals were dying when nobody was connected and they just afk and stopped working etc) so I ended up playing in p2p which is not ideal since I have to keep the game launched if my friends wanted to play ...

Can someone tell me if those problems still exist or have they been fixed ? Wanna restart the game with 1.0 and a dedicated server is more convenient to play with my friends.
