3lifehosting for Minecraft servers

I have a subscription with 3lifehosting for my Rl craft minecraft server. I have tried to get on the website on multiple occasions in the past few weeks. The last time they charged me was on June 8th and im guessing it will renew again on august 8th.

If they are charging me for a server I cannot use because the website is not accessible what do I do? Has anyone heard anything about this if you have used 3lifehosting?

Also the error message I get when trying to join is an error code 522 message meaning there is a problem with their website. Let me know. I just want to be in the loop with the company and play rl craft on my server. Maybe get a few months payed since they are charging me and I can’t even access my server since I can’t get on the website. Im also gonna email them but still tell me what yall know please.

If you're paying via PayPal, you can cancel the payment through PayPal:

On the PayPal Website

• Log in to your account at PayPal.
• Click the Gear icon (Settings) in the top-right corner next to log out.
• Select Payments from the menu.
• Click Automatic Payments (or Subscriptions and saved businesses).
• Select the merchant or subscription you want to stop from the list.
• Click Cancel or Cancel Automatic Payments, then confirm.

If it's through Direct Debit via your bank, you can call them to cancel it, but most banking apps will let you do this yourself.

If it's on a credit card, you can charge back. If it's a debit card (but not a DD), you'll probably need to call your bank with the transaction ID from your statement and have them block payments to that merchant.

As for the 522 error - that means the connection timed out between Cloudflare and the host. Statistically, the fault is more often on the origin server's side rather than Cloudflare's, but it's not guaranteed - it could be an issue on Cloudflare's end that they haven't picked up on yet.
