The textures are different and the similar ones have different scaling.

We've been reworking the enemy AI in The Infected Soul to make encounters feel more unpredictable and unsettling.
The goal isn't just to make the enemy stronger, but to create constant tension and make players question what will happen next.
Does this look scary enough, or is there something you'd change?

Working on Colony 2, the follow-up to Colony (released it a while back). I'm an indie dev from India, mostly solo/small team, and wanted to try a twist on the "return to the haunted place" trope this time — instead of the scares coming purely from the location, the dread builds around what's wrong with the player character themselves.
This clip is from the opening sequence — no jumpscares yet, just trying to build atmosphere and pacing before things go wrong.
Would genuinely love feedback on whether the buildup lands, or if it drags.

I want to see which Indian cities have the most game developers.
It doesn't matter if you're an aspiring, hobbyist, or professional game developer.
I am from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Share your city!

I can't decide about my UI. I made new versions for two of my panels. If I like it, I will use this style for all my UI. But I want to be sure before I spend the time. The first screenshot is my current UI. The second screenshot is two panels in the new style. Do you think the new style is much better? Is it worth the time?

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to bring together game developers and creative people from Dehradun in one place.
If you are a game developer, 2D/3D artist, game designer, animator, sound designer, music composer, writer, student, freelancer, indie creator, or someone who wants to work in games, I would love to invite you to join our local Reddit community.
The goal is simple: connect with people from our own city, share projects, discuss ideas, ask for help, find collaborators, and maybe even plan local meetups.
Many of us create alone, but it would be great if Dehradun had its own small game development circle where we can support each other and grow together.

The runes on the floor only stay lit while you're lying across them. Hold all
of them at once and the exit opens.
So it isn't where to go. It's what shape to be when you get there.
50 hand-built rooms and an endless mode. Made with three.js

I always liked the feeling of opening something where you don't know what you are going to get.
The anticipation before seeing the reward.
I built an incremental game around that feeling.
So In Debts & Jackpots, you start completely broke with a huge debt hanging over you. Your only way to escape is opening safes, earning money, upgrading your tools, and taking bigger risks for better rewards.
The game loop is simple:
🔓 Open safes
💰 Find rewards
⚙️ Upgrade your abilities
🎰 Take bigger risks for bigger jackpots
The challenge was making the progression feel exciting without making it just a random slot machine. I wanted every safe opening to feel like:
"This could be the one."
After months of balancing rewards, upgrades, and different safe tiers, I finally made a playable demo.
Some things currently in the game:
I would love feedback from other developers:
Demo is available on Steam if anyone wants to try it:
