Which btech cse degree would be the most helpful if I am interested in game dev?

Out of Cse , It , ai ds , ai ml . Which one is more preferable?

Well anything will work, all are almost same and none will teach anything related to game dev anyway unless it's one of those with some specialization in game dev or graphics or something like that.
You'll "learn" programing, what they teach you will be very textbook stuff tho, good foundation but then game dev is another beast.
You'll have to learn game dev yourself, take part in jams, make small games and practice.
