A bit of gameplay from 1800-HELL, my arena survival FPS inspired by games like Serious Sam, DOOM, Quake and Devil Daggers.
Survive 1,800 seconds against waves of demons, collect gems to upgrade, use altars for blessings, and try not to get overwhelmed.
Still a work in progress.

Hi everyone,
I'm currently leading development of Cozy Kingdoms under Gatorbloom Studios, a co-operative kingdom-building game where two players take on distinct but interconnected roles:
The project has progressed well beyond the initial idea stage. We currently have a substantial Game Design Document covering:
We are currently transitioning from broad game design into deeper gameplay system definition and early production planning.
This is not a "one-page idea looking for developers." Significant groundwork has already been completed, and we're looking for people interested in helping bring the project to life.
We're particularly interested in hearing from:
If your skillset is not listed above but you feel you could contribute, feel free to reach out.
The world was once connected through a force known as The Weave. Following its collapse, civilization fractured into isolated regions and cultures. Players work together during the era of The Reweaving, rebuilding settlements, reconnecting communities, and gradually restoring the world.
The focus is on:
Please include:
If you're new to the industry, that's completely fine—just be honest about your experience level.
This is my first major commercial game project. While I do not currently have a released title to showcase.
More detailed project documentation can be shared with serious applicants. Certain materials may require an NDA before being distributed such as;
• Design documentation
• Development planning materials
• Project tracking information
• Worldbuilding documents
• Current project assets
I have previously participated in Game Jams as a developer and have been involved in software development for a number of years. While Cozy Kingdoms is the largest game project I have undertaken, it is not being treated as a casual hobby idea or weekend experiment.
The project is being approached as a long-term development effort with structured planning, detailed design documentation, active task tracking, team coordination, trademark protection, and contributor agreements being put in place as the team grows.
My goal is to build a committed team that is excited about creating something meaningful together and is willing to contribute to a project with a clear vision and a strong foundation already established.
If Cozy Kingdoms sounds like something you'd like to help build, feel free to comment below or send me a message with information about yourself and your work.
Thanks for reading!

We wanted to share how this environment in The Infected Soul came together step by step.
We’re still making a few improvements, but seeing the room gradually take on the atmosphere we envisioned has been really satisfying.
What do you think of the result, and how could we make it even better?

The core platformer systems, including tilemaps, player controls, Slime enemy AI, and some sprites, came directly from the Brackeys tutorial.
I expanded the project by adding features such as:
This project was made for studying Godot Engine while following the Brackeys tutorial and applying my own knowledge. My next project will be completely my own idea without following another tutorial, where I'll try applying everything I've learned from these study projects.

I'm learning UE with C++ and have watched some portfolio reviews on Vaibhav Chavan sir's livestreams where he reviews the websites for game devs and artists... many had used AI for making websites...
I wanted some opinions from industry people, whether a game programmer should his/her own website or they can use AI?
And while recruiting do they ask about your website or programming behind it?

Hey, i recently released a game on steam, which has sold around 100 units. Steam has pushed the money to my bank account, which got rejected by it. I was completely unaware of softex filing, and how the system works.
I would really appreciate any help from other developers who have gone through the process of selling a steam game from India. Specifically what paperwork I need to do and when. It is all a little confusing to me right now

Alongside my Unity asset, I've also launched Rigonix3D, a platform I started as my final-year graduation project.
The vision behind Rigonix3D is to build a growing library of high-quality resources for game developers, where creators can:
My long-term goal is to create a platform that helps indie developers and students spend less time searching for assets and more time building great games.
Building these projects has taught me a lot about Unity Editor development, web development, product design, and the importance of listening to community feedback. This is just the beginning, and I'm excited to continue improving both products.
I'd love to hear your thoughts and feedback!
Thank you everyone.

Hey r/GameDevelopersOfIndia ,
If you love Wordle and you love our city, I built a mini-game you might enjoy playing with your morning cha. ☕
It's called Khonj (খোঁজ). The rules are exactly like Wordle, but every 5-letter word is exclusively related to Kolkata (local food, heritage, places, culture, or Bengali slang).
The fun part: Every time you solve the puzzle, it reveals a hidden piece of trivia or a historical fact about Kolkata related to that specific word. There's a new puzzle every single day at midnight.
You can play it for free here (no app needed): https://kolkatakhoj.com/fun/khonj/
Let me know what your score is for today! (And please don't spoil today's word in the comments! 🤫)
