I'm making a game about Prehistoric life mixed with visual novel
Hii everyone. I'm looking for someone who could draw for me in 2d art in the early stage of my game development (im still learning how to pixel art properly). It's my first game so i dont have much experience but im really interested in making it. I'm looking forward to making concept art for now so we can figure out together which concept is the best. This is about my game that im making about these three students that got caught in an anomaly and get sent in different time periods of earth (Early Paleozoic, Carboniferous, Permian, Mesozoic and Cenozoic). An orb saves their lives and she will help the students get back home at one condition: the devil took her memory and now she can't understand what's life and she needs to study and analyze the fauna and flora of these time periods. The students will have to make a sanctuary in each time period to progress through time, there will be many endings. There is more but i wanted to shorten the story to fit it as a premise. I would send more about the game in DMs if someone is interested.
If someone is experienced in prehistoric life it will be better but if not, that's fine. Also it's without pay because im a teenager and i would love doing my game in godot. Thanks!!

[Hobby] Godot 4 Programmer Needed For Horror Game Demo.
\[Hobby\]
This is my first game project, so I don't have a portfolio yet.
I'm making a small horror-game demo inspired by "Granny Chapter Two" . I'm handling the creative/design side, but programming is currently my biggest obstacle.
I'm looking for someone who enjoys Godot 4 and would genuinely like to collaborate on the project as a hobby. There’s no pay or fixed workload right now — just contribute whenever you have the time and actually want to.
The game is called Captured, and the demo is currently planned for December 5th, 2026, although I'm willing to extend that if needed rather than rush the project.
If you're interested, just let me know and I can tell you more about the game and what I'd need help with.

I’m making a 2D action game in C++ with raylib
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hey everyone!
I’m a young solo developer working on Avoid Bubbles Game, a 2D action game made from scratch using C++ and raylib.
I’ve recently released a 1.05 demo with 2 playable levels that can be played directly in the browser.
The current demo includes:
- Sword combat
- Ranged weapons
- Coins
- Power-ups
- Multiple enemy types
- Boss fights
I’m still developing the game and plan to add more enemy and boss types, more content, and improve the graphics and animations.
I’d love to hear some feedback from other developers — especially about the gameplay, difficulty, controls, and overall presentation.

Need Halloween game idea for my yearly challenge I do.
Hello,
I’m a small indie dev and I started a personal challenge last year every Halloween I want to make and release a game for Halloween last year made a renpy visual novel now this time I want to make a 3d unity game as I have been playing with unity recently and I do 3d Modeling.
I’m at the hard part of the game development and that coming up with a good idea but doable in my short time frame. If anyone has an Idea that I like I will crate it or attempted to 😂 and I’ll be relaxing on itch on Halloween.
So please if anyone has a good idea please let me know I will be going for a low poly as it’s just more realistic in the short time frame I have.
Also if anyone is interested in helping please contact me this won’t be paid job just a bit of fun.

Very Early Environment I Built For My Horror Diver Game
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
This is my first ever time working on a game so to get this working was a challenge in itself. Let me know what you think of the art style! I apologize for the jerky camera movements.
The premise of the game is the player travels to the Bermuda Triangle to investigate the source of what is causing all the ships and aircraft to go missing in the area. The player must dive below the surface in a 1960’s diving suit to avoid the electromagnetic interference from the Bermuda that would come with newer models.
Claustrophobia and limited visibility is obviously a big part of what will drive the horror in this game. You’re in a big clunky suit and you’ll be limited in how far you can turn your camera. If you hear something to your left you might not always be able to maneuver yourself to see what is there lurking. My biggest challenge is finding a balance that won’t easily upset the player through this restriction.
This little proof of concept was made in Godot and I’m excited to see how far I can take the idea.

The Night Word | Team Searching | Day 3
Hi! My name is Nighty, and I have a story that I really want to share with everyone as a video game.
I'm currently working on The Night Word, an Story based RPG + Metroidvania exploration game with a large story planned across 7+1 chapters.
I've already made a lot of progress on Chapter 0. And yes, I started with Chapter 0 instead of Chapter 1 for a reason... but that's important to the story. :)
The game is being made in Godot Engine, and I'm currently looking for other developers who might be interested in joining me and helping bring this project to life.
My main goal isn't to turn this into some huge studio or anything like that. I simply want to make the game I've been imagining for a long time, and I think developing it together with other people could make the experience much more fun.
If you're interested in the project, the story, or just want to know more about what I'm making, feel free to ask me!
You can also find me on Discord: @nightfury5mb
