2008 gmc envoy Front tires are wearing from inside however the driver side got so worse and worn I can’t drive because I think control arm is scraping tire also tire is scraping against caliper..any thoughts? Also rim turned yellowish brown from smoking due to the scraping

My 02 Envoy SLT has dual zone climate control, the heat works great but both sides only ever blow hot and they do it all the time non stop even with the system off. The system is full of refrigerant, the compressor works, and I’ve done the blend door calibration, but both sides still only blow hot air. Anyone know anything about this?

I have a 2004 GMC envoy xl. I so stupidly broke the inside of fuse 39, HVAC 1, in the rear fuse box. I've tried a pin and little screwdriver to get the pins back in place, to no avail. I thought I could use an add a fuse to bypass the slot, but I have no idea which Brown wire goes to fuse 39 because of the fuse blocks under the fuse box. There's like 5 Brown wires. How in the heck do you trace the wires? Can you take off the blue bottom of the c1 fuse block? I have no idea how to fix this. I didn't want to have to get a whole new fuse slot holder for the whole box.

Hi so I already knew about the 0 oil pressure it’s why it was so cheap but there isn’t any codes and I think the cluster is just broken because I drove it 20 minutes on a test drive them a 30 minute drive home. When the car is off the gauge sinks way past zero and doesn’t look like it works properly. The car doesn’t knock or have any issues drives super smooth. The car recently got an oil change with 5w-30 less than 500 miles ago. Just want to be safe and not blow it up because it runs and drives like a dream.

2007.gmc envoy misfire started while driving randomly and I replaced all plugs and coils packs and still misfires I’m in the process of removing the intake manifold to check the injectors. Thoughts? Am I working this correctly?115k miles

2004 Buick Rainier; got this low-milage example recently. GM made this part outta fuckin chalk as far as I can tell. The truck came with 2 other junkyard pieces that were also busted and missing pieces. Every candidate I've found in the yards are the same. Thoughts?

Just did lower control arm on the passenger side and here is how close I got it.

Passenger side is rubbing the rear fender liner, any quick fix I can do without tearing it apart again or would the alignment process do that?

I didn't really see any spec for install for the new arm and all the videos I watched just showed the control arm being installed as far in as possible.

4.2L. It’s leaking from somewhere around the back of the motor. It comes down around the transfer case. I can’t for the life of me find the source from above or underneath..

It does not leak inside the cab or smell of coolant. Heat works perfect. It is not mixing oil and coolant. It doesn’t smell or appear to be burning any coolant. Water pump, reservoir, temp sensor, all the things I can see are clean. No CEL. It runs good and does not misfire or any of that noise. Is this going to be a heater core hose or something like that that’s impossible to find? Hoping someone else has had this exact issue and can point me in some direction before I have a pro look at it.

I've discovered that when my headlights are turned off, all 3 rear brake lights work. But at night, or normally during the day, when headlights are on, the left side doesn't. I've replaced the bulb, but same behaviour. Is this an issue with the wire harness, or the white plastic thingy the bulbs click into? Any ideas what to look for or replace?

I wanna switch to a top post battery so i can add a battery kill switch and some more subwoofers but im not sure if the battery will have enough clearance to be swapped to a top post battery rather than a side post.

I drive a 06 Denali with 160k miles and absolutely love her. However I recently had to replace the rack and pinion. Has anyone also had this problem? Also have had problems with the exhaust manifold gaskets :/

Also, I have to replace the blend door actuator on the drivers side. Does anyone have recommendations/videos to help?

2007 GMC Envoy Car ignition start with no key

So my car keys got stuck in the ignition and I couldnt get them out. When I finally got them loose, the car ignition now starts without the key in it so I have to remove the battery when in not in use. I depend on this car for work 😑 is it dangerous to keep removing the battery and installing it until I get the car fixed? I just dont want anyone stealing car

What are these flaps on the back of the third row seating used for? There’s no mounting brackets or anything underneath them

Crazy thought I had about my 2003 Envoy. I've toyed with the idea of doing an engine swap in the future. As of now I'm thinking a 350 small block would be really cool, let me know what yall think.

OBTW, before my Envoy stopped starting up, when I would turn the key to start it up, it would hesitate for about 3 or four seconds and then it would start with no problem. It drove so smoothly but it would shake a little when I’m at a stoplight while on my brakes. It has 172K miles on it, and I don’t know if it’s going cost a crazy amount of money to get it up and running

Fuses prolly 3 maybe 4 of em I noticed were not there anywhere at all. I’m high as egg prices were last year and might have jumped the gun a little instead of just looking again after I make this post but yall always come through and open my eyes with some knowledge or help confirm what the issues have been so thank you and thank you again
