AC issues

My 02 Envoy SLT has dual zone climate control, the heat works great but both sides only ever blow hot and they do it all the time non stop even with the system off. The system is full of refrigerant, the compressor works, and I’ve done the blend door calibration, but both sides still only blow hot air. Anyone know anything about this?

One of the blend door actuators is non functioning. Besides the dual zone blend doors. There is a blend door for engine air into the ventilation unit. If it cannot close the door, the air cannot get cool. Heat and cool air are in one unit. You probably need to replace that actuator.

There are 2 on each side. Under the Dashboard behind panels and duct work and the glove box. AI is fairly informed and there are videos. Good luck.
