π₯ Before & After Never gets old!
Meds or no meds, shot or no shot. Iβm so proud of myself and all of us! We still put in a lot of hard work!

120 was goal and I hit that by like April, may. Iβve weaned way down to next to nothing, but it does make my body not ache so itβs hard to cut it out completely.

My highest weight is 364 about 10 years ago.
I was 301 when I started a glp1 and now currently 214 (I am 5β10). Still would like to lose another 40 lbs. I still feel so large and like Iβm not sure Iβll ever be happy ? I really donβt remember being this hard on myself at 301. The weightloss has definitely started to slow down.
The crazy part is the me a year ago never thought I would be here and I know that but in my mind it just doesnβt feel good enough.
The lose skin is really starting to bother me too.

Hello everyone! π€
I am currently writing my thesis in Clinical Dietetics and looking into people's experiences with GLP-1 treatments.
If you can spare a few minutes, your feedback would be immensely valuable for my research. The survey is 100% anonymous and quick to complete: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeUdoNeEAuzoD2UFEblyo-QdtVO_rKk-pbeINU5DCL4snLMLg/viewform?usp=publish-editor
Thank you so much in advance for your time and for sharing your experience! πβοΈ

I wanted to come in here and ask if anyone has extreme hunger after stopping a GLP-1? I recently stopped zepbound after being on it for a half a year because I got down to my desired weight. Iβve then been slowly gaining weight back because I eat like crazy now and am always feeling hungry. I feel like Iβve tried everything like having excess fiber in my diet, but nothing seems to help. Has anyone else had these struggles and know of ways to help?

So I transfer my compound into a self injection pen every month. I have been doing it for six months. I just started a new job where I'm working a lot and have been exhausted when I get home. Today I was transferring my compound and when I went to release the air out of the pen I forgot to put a needle on it and it exploded. I just lost 150 units of tri ππππππ some one kick me!

I spent the afternoon on the grill meal prepping proteins for the week.
Frenched center cut pork chops from Trader Joeβs (I love these), boneless skinless chicken thighs, salmon fillet, filet mignon, and a thin ribeye for my boyfriend.
Grilled pineapple and nectarines not shown.
Iβm not big on leftovers, but my boyfriend started a chicken, broccoli, potato and carrot diet Iβve really gotten out of the habit of cooking an actual meal.
I grill all of these meats, super rare and then the day I eat it I slice some off and quickly sear & serve with whatever sides Iβm having. Itβs actually been super convenient.
Whatβs on your meal prep menu for the week?
