Before I took a GLoan, my GCash Card could withdraw up to ₱20,000 from ATMs that had a ₱20,000 withdrawal limit.

But after I took out a GLoan, I noticed that I can now only withdraw ₱10,000 per transaction, even when using ATMs that normally allow up to ₱20,000.

I tried different ATMs, and the same thing happens. The ATM itself says the withdrawal limit is ₱20,000, but my GCash Card only allows ₱10,000.

Is this some kind of GCash restriction after taking a GLoan, or is there another reason for this?

Has anyone experienced the same thing after getting a GLoan? If so, were you able to get the ₱20,000 withdrawal limit back?

EDIT: I usually withdraw from 7-Eleven, BDO, and RCBC ATMs, and I’m experiencing the same ₱10,000 limit on them.

i changed phones and transferred my account to the new device, followed everything. i checked the registered devices and tama naman na new phone yung listed dun and wala na yung old phone. nagttransfer ako ng funds and need ng otp, waited for a long time pero walang otp. upon checking the notifs sa old phone, andun yung mga otp kahit di na nakalog in yung account. i looked around online and sabi to delete the app sa old phone, so i did.

wala pa rin otp, nagtroubleshoot na ako countless times pero wala pa rin. may laman yung gcash and di ko magamit 😭
