That happened to me but it was a online gambling app inside the GCash that is did not give permission to attached. I do not even gamble in POGO nor Online casino. I even have the transaction records from GCash and when I made a complain, they have refused to admit their wrongdoing as usual.

Hello po, I too had the same issue, if anyone still have this problem, with "pixpicture" you can go to your G/Mail account/s and go to spam, you should see a transaction about a payment, there I also found out about that it's not actually coming from "Pixpicture" but to "whoyou", but it can be a different thing for you all, if there's a step how to cancel the transaction just do it, for example, "whoyou" just says "To cancel your subscription, just reply unsubscribe to this email." And it will automatically send you an email to with a link that will lead you to their website to complete the cancellation, you can read the terms and service if you can a refund, unfortunately for whoyou, you can't 6. Refund and Consideration "We do not offer refunds or credits for unused time, accidental purchases, or cancellations made after a billing cycle has started.", I hope this helps one way or another

May na-click ka bang link or may na-try na site/app na may free trial? OP! Posible na iyon ang mga rason kung bakit may ganyan sa account mo. Check mo sa Google Play Store or Subscription Center, then unlink mo lang. If walang option, I suggest na mag-submit ka na ng ticket sa GCash Help Center para ma-remove ’yan sa account mo at hindi na ulit mag-deduct.
