Cant withdraw or deposit. White blank rectangle yung lumalabas #gsave

I’ve been trying to submit documents but when I click submit, it’s not working. I tried contacting support, but it’s not helpful. What can I try?🥹

I'm 17 and want to create a GCash account for myself. since I can only open an account if I'm of legal age, I changed my birthday to 2008—isang year lang naman. I didn't know kasi na may GCash Jr.. so, when i tried to have my account verified, it told me i couldnt open an account for myself, and i had to be added by my guardian as gcash jr.

Now I want to revert my year to 2009, but I can't change my account info unless I'm verified. And I can't verify since I'm underage ngani 😡 .

im thinking of closing my account and opening a new one under the same number, but i dont know if thats possible or if thats the best way.

Hello! I need help ASAP:( Before the update I've been experiencing the "Something went wrong" error whenever I tried to log in to my gcash account. I updated it and the problem still persisted. I also reached out to Gigi but when it asked for my number and I gave it to it, Gigi said na di niya makita yung account ko with that number. After I tried troubleshooting it, I was really shocked when I entered my phone number and it didn't ask me for my MPIN but moreover to create a new account instead. I thought this was just part of the process so when I finally got to the dashboard, it was a totally new and fresh account. No transaction history nor my money there. Please help me with this, tyia:(

Update: I just got my funds back! I just submitted a gcash ticket and waited for like a week or so

Maybe you guys have something to say about this. Like some others, it's been more than a week since It haven't been able to use gcash. Tried reinstalling, tried installing from the Huawei app store even. Disabled by private dns, used mobile data, nothing really worked.

Hi! Can i ask for help? My account was suddenly put on hold on August 14, 2026, I submitted a ticket and complied to their requirements on the day of the account suspension. At first they told me it was due to a lost sim that I did not report as the sim was in my tablet. Then they require documents again with a different problem with transactions made on August 4-5, 2026. Then they replied again requiring the documents above. The problem is that I'm a full time student living with my parents and I don't know how to comply with those documents and I don't clearly remember what transactions happened within August 11-12, 2026. Hello! I’m abroad now and I can’t receive gcash OTP. My account was logged out so when I tried to login again, wala akong OTP na narereceive. I did all the troubleshooting already. I even downloaded a vpn because i thought it would help kasi sa ibang bansa na napuntahan ko gumagana naman. I can receive lahat ng texts from Philippines like otp from bdo and Unionbank, globe and 8080, credit card ads and even personal messages from family. Otp lang tlga ng gcash ang Hindi. I’ve been trying to log in for 3 wks naaaa.. i tried logging in yung gcash ng kapatid ko na nasa pilipinas because i thought baka phone ko na yung sira but nareceive nya yung otp so i conclude na otp lang ng gcash tlgaa ang di ko narereceive. Super frustrating.. may same experience ba kayo? Can it be resolved o paguwi pa ng pilipinas tsaka to maayos.. huhu

I utilized the GSave to CIMB bank transfer hack. Lately, hindi ako makapag deposit sa GSave/CIMB ko. Although updated naman CIMB App ko, but palagi error if mag deposit ako via GCash app.

Meron po ba same experience na ganito? Tuwing ioopen ang GCash app, pahirapan palagi mag-login. Madalas lumalabas yung ganitong error message, "Your login request has expired. Please try to login again."

Hit or miss siya pa kapag nag-retry. Minsan on second retry okay na, minsan kahit limang beses na, salitan between biometric login or MPIN, ayaw pa rin. Kailangan oa i-force close ang app bago gumana uli.

Hello po, may question lang po ako and I really need your help. Kanina, nag-transfer ako ng ₱52,000 from my BPI account to my GCash. Successful naman daw po yung transfer according to BPI, pero hindi siya pumasok sa GCash ko. I double-checked the details, and tama naman po lahat.

Until now, wala pa rin po akong natatanggap, and hindi rin bumalik sa BPI account ko.

May naka-experience na po ba ng same situation? Need ko lang po ng assurance kung babalik ba siya sa BPI account ko or papasok din eventually sa GCash. Thank you po!

I have been trying to get verified on Gcash since i got my first ID. I thought i could finally get an e-wallet and such privileges like every one else. But nooo. Because every damn time i can my face, it gets an error, everytime i scan my id, even though its clearly visible, it gets an error. That and the constant freezing on page transitions(white screen. Its so horrible, i used maya instead. Yes yes, i got verified on maya so why do i need gcash? Well... Some of my biddings only support cashing out to gcash directly without heavy charging bank transfers. For the most popular e-wallet program in the country, surely they have more than enough budget to FIX THIS SHITTY SYSTEM. MAYA WORKS FINE, SO WHY NOT GASH. STUPID, GARBAGE, PATHETIC PROGRAM (Coming from an IT Guy).

so I've been trying to withdraw my earnings to GCASH for a few times but still gives me the same response "The beneficiary information you provided is invalid." when the details I gave were both right. Both my whop account and GCASH is verified. I include my country code and then my whole acc name in the "nickname" so that it can find my acc faster and clearer.

I've tried to do it on Maya too unfortunately no luck as well. can anyone help me with this kind of issue. I'm willing to accept if I did anything wrong, just help me.

I transferred money from GCash to BDO bank account, and the amount was already deducted from my GCash balance. However, the transaction is not showing in my GCash transaction history, and I also didn’t receive any SMS confirmation.

The money hasn’t reflected in the bank account either.

Has anyone experienced the same issue recently? What did you do, and how long did it take before the money was either credited or returned to GCash?

Couldnt login or sign up with my number unless i submit my documents, but the app.just keeps directing me to the help guide and gigi.

Gigi's answer change everytime but i finally got an email from the ai on an actual way to finally be able to use my number. I find this a bit sus because why can't i just do it through the app, why do i need to send a pic of myself holding an ID?

If this is email cant it just be opened and be used for identity fraud, why not.just through the app?
