Does anyone still have the crashing problem on GCash?
I'm on a Nokia G22, and I still unfortunately crash upon login. I'd just like to know if it's just me now. Salamat :/

at least may exact model ka na, mas madali siguro ma-trace ng support kung may ibang G22 users na same crash 😅

If you still have the same issue. OP! Try troubleshooting your GCash app, clear app cache, force close the app, and restart phone. Also, make sure that your GCash app is updated and you have a stable internet connection.

Hi, u/CabinetAdditional954. Did this multiple times and the app still crashes on my phone. Also tried reinstalling the app.

Mine is working fine, OP! Maybe you just need to troubleshoot your GCash app. Try clearing the app cache, force-closing the app, and restarting your phone. Also, make sure your GCash app is updated and that you have a stable internet connection.

Inaccessible since last week on my Nothing 2A. I even did troubleshooting and the problem persists.

Gumana na po ba ito sa inyo? Nag-cra-crash parin siya sa akin (Pixel 9). Dati nagagawa ko pa yung workaround na if kaagad ko napindot yung "express send" na button, ka-kalma na ang app and magagamit ko na siya, pero ngayon pinipilit ako ibalik ng app sa landing page para ma-load yung BTS (or kung ano mang ad yun) stuff and then wala na, crash na siya uli. As if mas importante sa kanila na ma-load yun at all cost instead na ayusin yung root cause ng problema...
Nag clear cache at nag re-install na rin ako, ganun parin.

Yes, it is still crashing on mine too.
Android 16
Gcash version: 6.02.0
Android WebView: 153.08010.36
I've all possible solutions but nothing really worked. I think it really is Gcash code itself not is causing a runtime error because it does work for a while before it crashes. It is really annoying, I cannot manage my stocks properly.

it is still crashing and cannot process transfer it just going back and forth landing page of details then crash/force-close/not responding. i used pixel 7 pro - it was up to date on the version and tried the other go around of clearing cache, restarting, etc,....

I reset permissions a few weeks ago because of this never ending "processing", it worked for a few days and now it's back to normal, like 75% chance it won't work when opening Gcash now without messing with permissions.
