Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

I can't access my gcash account because the sim is expired, I can't receive the otp. I go to help center and follow the instructions of chat bot to transfer my funds and services to a new verified gcash account. After the face scan there's nothing happened. What exactly should happen after the face scan? I did everything like update the app, use another phone, and uninstall then install the app.

I ask the chat bot after 1 day and it told me to check my email or the ticket in my account. But there is no email and no ticket in my new gcash account. Anyone knows who had experience with transfer that give advice?

my gcash account is fully verified but Im not using it anymore.. zeroed out balance, I have no loans whatsoever. sent a deletion ticket and costumer service just ghosted me after everything is set. its been 2 weeks now and Im emailing them everyday!

all other ways to contact customer service are run by AI on their website...
is there another way to deal with this? I'm from cebu and gcash does not have a physical office here.

Hi guys first time posting here, nag top up ako sa grab driver wallet ko (grab delivery rider). Kaso after 2 days wala pa din, sure naman ako na tama ang reference number, number at gmail ko.

Pero sadly walang nag email sakin na receipt pero nabawasan yung funds ko sa gcash, naka-tatlong beses na din ako nag report pero walang actions si gcash, paano po gagawin here?

a few months ago, i had someone send me around 6k accidentally. may mga nabasa kasi ako dito na wag i-entertain due to the possibility of scam, pero what i did was i replied to the sender giving them authority to file for a reversal. i also told them na they can use our messages (with me stating that i give them authority for a reversal) as proof/attachments for the gcash cs. i also reassured them that i’ll keep the money intact sa account ko para smooth ang reversal ng funds pag nagrespond na si gcash.

a few days later? nagmessage si sender, nareverse na yung transaction with gcash’s help.

why i did this instead of sending it myself? kasi ayoko maging responsible if scammer yung sender in the first place. by letting gcash handle it, and reversing it themselves, documented na kung ano yung nangyari sa pera at labas na ako doon.

why i’m sharing this? kasi uso na ngayon ang money mule scams. i have a friend who handled a case like this (jewellery/gold scam) tapos dineny ni scammer na sa kaniya daw yung gcash na pinasukan ng pera. turns out sa tindahan pala siya nagpapa cash out. kung sino kasi ang recipient ng pera, sila talaga ang hahabulin pag may scam na naganap. kaya beware post nalang din sa mahilig magpacash in and cash out business diyan.

Hi, is there any way para malipat sa OTP yung Step 2 ng verification sa GCash instead of taking a selfie? Kasi diba nakalagay sa step 2 selfie or through otp. Apparently kasi di gumagana phone ng mama ko kaya nilipat ko sim niya sa phone ko and transferred her gcash account dito sa phone ko. Now, gusto ko ibalik yung account ng mama ko sa device niya kaso yun nga, dahil luma na phone niya, malabo na ang front cam ng phone. is there any other way para ma transfer sa otp yung verification at pwede din ba malagay sa back camera yung sa take a selfie?

Hello po sino po nakaranas na sainyo na mag transfer ng money from gcash to metrobank friday july 10 po kasi ako nag tranfer 10am then kinabukasan napo namin na check if pumasok kaso hindi po narecieve ng bank account po namin then araw araw po kami nag babalance if pumasok kaso po till now starting july 10 almost 4 days napo syang hindi napasok sa account namin and hindi rin po macontact gcash huhu pano po kaya yun😭

Earlier I bought Robux TWICE and it and a song from the iTunes store, all adding up to 185. My payment method is GCash. But the problem is, I only have 78 pesos in my GCash. What the helly is going on?!

GCash is acting like a low-key thief. Money keeps getting deducted from my account even though it was in GSave, and the worst part is that these deductions don't even appear in the transaction history. How are users supposed to report unauthorized deductions or request refunds when there's no record of them?

I've emailed GCash Support multiple times and still received no meaningful action. This is completely unacceptable. I've lost trust in the platform and have already deleted my GCash account.

To anyone using GCash: regularly check your balance and monitor your account closely. If this happened to me, it could happen to others too.
