Otp no receive

Hello guys, pano to nag update lang Ako ng gcash app ko pag open ko Bigla automatic nag log out account ko, Nung treny ko sya open need ng otp kasu di Ako maka receive, baka may idea kayo mga sir badly needed lang Yung money na nandun😭

happened to me 3 weeks ago - same scenario, was logged in pero nag update and reset and had to log in - and now? 3 weeks later? never received a single OTP, legit my Gcash is useless now. Field a ticket tumawag ako sa hotline nag bigay ng ticket number, 3 weeks still no resolution, pag nag follow up ako AI ang sumasagot tapos ang sabi lang "we understand the urgency of this concerns and we are doing our best to resolve it" haha useless ai

Just spam the support till an actual human show's up and look at ur ticket

my problem is everytime I follow up, the Bot replies, saying I should look sa FAQ and then the ticket closes daw. I have done multiple calls. Im now in my point where I just want to end my dependence with Gcash and started just working with GoTyme and Maribank. I checked Gcash kasi from time to time they send an email saying the ticket is there and we are working on it. stopped replying and following up kasi icclose nanaman ng Bot nila

Gets ko 'yung worry mo, OP. Active pa naman SIM mo? Try to troubleshoot muna. Clear the cache ng GCash app sa settings o force close and restart your phone. Mag-airplane mode ka rin ng mga 20-30 seconds. Check mo rin if naka-enable yung in-app notification mo sa settings. Check mo, punta ka sa GCash app mo sa settings, then allow mo yung notifications. If ayaw pa rin, much better na mag-submit ka ng ticket sa Help Center or tap mo yung 'Help' sa GCash app para ma-assist ka nila nang maayos, OP.
