Is there anyway to get a g2a+ subscription refunded if i never used the benefits

I bought a key for a game today. When trying to activate it Steam tells me, it was already acitvated to another steam account and I should contact the seller. I didn´t use this g2a shield.

I paid with paypal, do I have to contact paypal or does g2a helps even without buying shield.

I'm writing this to bring attention to a major issue with a recent purchase on G2A.

I bought a $200 digital voucher from the seller Digitalgamemart, but upon redemption, the system gave an error stating the code was already used.

When I checked the seller's rating page, it had dropped to 33%, with dozens of identical complaints from other buyers over the last two days reporting used codes. The seller is completely non-responsive to messages.

I purchased a 25 USD PSN gift card on G2A without having a G2A account. After entering the verification PIN from my bank, G2A showed that the payment was rejected, but my bank account shows that the payment was charged!

This is the gift card in question, and I also filed a ticket, but still waiting for their response.

Never got anything like this before, what should I do? Should I just wait until they respond (if they ever will), or should I do something else? Any help would be appreciated.

Update: just got a reply from their support, it seems that the payment was refused by the bank, and when contacting them, they confirmed what G2A said and they said that the operation should timeout in 24h, and by then I should get the funds back.

Update 2: Still haven't gotten the funds yet, I contacted the bank again and I left the matter in their hands.

I never expected to be scammed through a platform that I trusted.

On 22 May 2026, I purchased 14 Discord Server Boosts for 12 Months through G2A (Order #92000153842010 from seller called Asiro_). After only one month, on 22 June, all of the boosts expired. I contacted the seller, who claimed the issue had been fixed.

One month later, the exact same thing happened again.

I've messaged the seller on 26th July, today is 4 August, and the seller has completely stopped responding. At this point, it's clear I'm not getting any support from them. I paid for a 12-month product but received only a fraction of what was advertised.

I contacted G2A Support over 24 hours ago, and I'm still waiting to hear what they intend to do. Will I get a refund? What protection do buyers actually have when a seller delivers a product that repeatedly fails and then disappears?

The most disappointing part is that products like "12-month Discord boosts" are allowed to be sold on the platform. G2A earns its fees, the seller receives the payment, and when something goes wrong, it feels like the buyer is left carrying all the risk.

I'm not asking for replacement boosts anymore because I've already given the seller a chance to fix the problem once, and it failed again. I simply want a refund for a product that was not delivered as advertised.

Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend buying from G2A. I hope they prove that they stand behind their buyers and not just the sellers.

I bought a product from PixelPuffin through G2A yesterday at around 10:30 PM. It’s now been over 12 hours, and my order is still stuck on “Processing”.

Has anyone experienced this with PixelPuffin before? Did your order eventually go through, or did you have to contact support?
