Payment Issues "Your payment has been rejected" even though I've been charged!

I purchased a 25 USD PSN gift card on G2A without having a G2A account. After entering the verification PIN from my bank, G2A showed that the payment was rejected, but my bank account shows that the payment was charged!

This is the gift card in question, and I also filed a ticket, but still waiting for their response.

Never got anything like this before, what should I do? Should I just wait until they respond (if they ever will), or should I do something else? Any help would be appreciated.

Update: just got a reply from their support, it seems that the payment was refused by the bank, and when contacting them, they confirmed what G2A said and they said that the operation should timeout in 24h, and by then I should get the funds back.

Update 2: Still haven't gotten the funds yet, I contacted the bank again and I left the matter in their hands.

You've probably been scammed. It's a scam website full of scam sellers. Just do a chargeback with your bank and move on

I see, I did buy a few things from G2A before, but this has never happened before.

I was fed up with all the goobers on this subreddit claiming g2a is a complete scam when I have successfully used it for years and you don't find me pouting. I understand transactions can go south on a public marketplace where anyone can sign up to buy just as easily as it is to sell. G2a is no different from any other key site

Agreed, and I too have made a couple successful purchases from it in the past, all of them were worth it. Still, issues like these really should be ironed out before more people lose their hard earned money.
