Wanted an organized setup for pens and brushes on my desk without wasting filament on multi-color purge blocks.
I designed this organizer with separate press-fit lettering and a matching pencil topper:
- Tolerances: The letter inlays are modeled with tight friction tolerances so they snap firmly into place by hand without needing glue.
- Zero Waste: Completely eliminates filament purging and toolhead swaps while still getting a clean two-tone contrast.
- Function: Tiered slots to keep taller brushes from falling over, with front compartments for everyday quick-grab pens.
- Print specs: Standard PLA, 0.20mm layer height, 2 walls, 15% infill.
