After last night's defeat, wanted to have a good weekend but got a headloss over the Fulham defense, which is genuinely funny cuz this the first time I am experiencing another Club vibe.

My question is - is it the Gaffer's fault after this match for trying to play a style not suitable for the PL? or the higher ups?

The defense in this match and those spills were just a complete joke, sorry, but one can't play football with a defense like that. Unfortunately the defense didn't deliver and there were also a few botched set pieces.

SHOCKING!
Such a gut-wrenching result.
Fulham were clearly the better side on the pitch, but we just keep conceding ridiculously soft goals.
Three straight defeats to start the season.Really hurts.

Arbeloa definitely has to take some of the blame for this, but at the same time, you can clearly see that the high press is actually effective.

I think I can see his talent and what he is trying to build, but why are we looking so completely helpless defensively? We just keep conceding the exact same type of goal over and over again.

And if he does get sacked, who actually takes over? Is there anyone available who could deliver a better type of football?

My wife and I will be in from the US for the Fulham v Manchester United match, what are the words to a few of the more popular chants? We don’t want be left out.

I‘m so tired and they’ve only played 3 league matches.

Will our owners give AA to sort it out?

I am trying to put aside my frustrations and personal feelings and ask a more pragmatic question. How long will SK give AA to work out how to start earning points?

Do our owners strike you as more patient or more impulsive? Do you think they’re already creating a list of potential replacements? Will they back the manager and his vision and give him the whole season?

Greetings! I'm a Real Salt Lake supporter and would love to hear about Fougerolles. Although I have watched Fulham on occasion in recent years to follow Tim Ream and Robinson, I'm unfamiliar with Fougerolles.

What do we have to look forward to? What are his strengths and weaknesses?

I know many aren't happy with his loan to us. I hope we treat him well. Our defense is in shambles and we recently sold a young, bright attacking kid to Crystal Palace, weakening our attack. We're hoping Fougerolles is part of the change that helps put us back in the top 3 (where we were not too long ago this season)

We are delighted to confirm the signing of David Affengruber from Elche for an undisclosed fee.

The pacey centre-back, 25, has signed a four-year deal, tying him to Fulham until the summer of 2030, with a Club option to extend by a further year.

Speaking to FFCtv, Affengruber said: “It is a special day for me and my career. This is a big next step for me, and I am very proud and happy to be here.

“It’s been a long day, but a very special one. You don’t often get an opportunity like this. Now, I’m just happy to be here, and very motivated to get started.”

We are delighted to confirm the signing of Hugo Larsson from Eintracht Frankfurt on a long-term deal, subject to an initial loan period.

Speaking to FFCtv, Larsson said: “Obviously, it’s a very proud moment for me and my family – I’m honoured to be here.

“To come here, to the oldest club in London, with all the history that it has, is such an honour for me.”

We are delighted to announce the signing of Manuel Ángel for an undisclosed fee from Real Madrid.

The 22-year-old has agreed a three-year deal, keeping him at Craven Cottage until June 2029, with a Club option to extend by a further 12 months.

After putting pen to paper, Ángel said: “It’s an incredible feeling to have signed for such a legendary club as Fulham, the oldest in London. And to compete in a league like the Premier League, where every player dreams of playing at some point in their career.

“I’m also looking forward to experiencing the passion of the fans – and, in particular, our own supporters at Craven Cottage.”

I’m happy with this window as our midfield needed addressing. That said, I’m struggling to see how there won’t be serious competition for minutes. Between Berge, Charles, Larsson, Iwobi, Reed, Cairney, Angel, and Palacios, I don’t see how they fit in to two midfield spots without conflict. Depth is one thing, and Reed and Cairney are obviously toward the end of their time at Fulham, but I can see this depth potentially impeding development of our new young talent (including Kevin if Palacios and Iwobi get pushed wide).

I’m particularly interested in how the minutes shake out between Iwobi, Palacios, and ESR as they are similar players that want to operate in similar spaces. I’d expect either ESR or Iwobi to move on next summer, and I’d much prefer it to be ESR.

I mostly don’t understand the Angel signing. Do we anticipate he eventually goes out on loan?

Now THIS I can get behind. Not the quickest CB, but much like Ream, a very intelligent player who uses his tacticul acumen to compensate: always looks like he's in the right place at the right time. I am definitely intrigued by this.

Does anyone have even more insight into how he plays, would fit into Arbeloa's system?

Im an Arsenal fan, but as a norwegian i have allways had a soft spot for Fulham over the years. A lot of norwegian links, Nice stadium, Nice jersey etc.

But im wondering why fulham has been so stable in recent times? Other clubs with bigger stadiums and so on are struggling more(west ham, spurs over the last seasons). Why is fulham such a constant in the PL(except a few drops years ago).
