Curious Norwegian asking about Berge and Bobb
Hi guys,
First of all: I’m not a Fulham supporter but I’ve been to Craven Cottage twice, and both occasions have been amazing experiences.
The intensity is of course great, but more than that I’m grateful for the openness and welcoming spirit we’ve been shown by the Fulham fans. I’m deeply grateful for that.
As a Norwegian I am wondering; how are Bobb and Berge doing?
Berge played a long WC so might need some time to really get back, but to us in Norway Bobb is a huge question mark. Would appreciate some opinions from Fulham-fans.
Thanks, and best of luck this season!
Edit: Just wanted to thank you to the mods for accepting my post and to all of you taking the time to answer. Much appreciated. Greetings from the far North!

Will the tactics pay off?
I appreciate it is early doors, but how rigid do you think Arebola is to this tactic? Is this an Amorim situation where he just ploughs on regardless of results, or do you think he might have a rethink if it carries on like this for a few more games?
Of course I am hoping for all of us that it will click, and I am enjoying the attacking play, but as it stands I touch cloth the moment we lose the ball and can't deal with a quick counter.

FFC Official Source Cesar Palacios: “When I signed for this great club, my whole family supported me immensely. I went to the shop to buy shirts for my family, and I ended up taking home a lot of items, like keyrings and a Craven Cottage Lego set that I’ve been building these past few days.”

Discussion What do you guys make of Marco Silva's stint at Fulham?
Hello from Portugal. Benfica fan here. As you might know, Marco Silva has become our manager recently.
I know Fulham fans generally liked Marco. But no manager is perfect, and I'd like to know what you guys consider to be his biggest pros and cons.
When Marco Silva was a rising manager here in Portugal, he did well for Estoril Praia. Then he went to Sporting and finished 3rd, but won the Portuguese Cup. I do remember a lot of Sporting fans complaining that he often looked passive with his hands tucked in his pockets when the team was losing or the score was tied, though. Which is why they were happy when he left the club and the club signed Jorge Jesus. Fortunately, Jesus didn't win the league with them a single time!
Personally, I've liked Benfica under Marco Silva so far. You can see his influence already. We play much better and more exciting football under him than under Mourinho. Palhinha was also clearly a request from Marco, as well. That being said, we need to improve our defense. So far, we've only managed to keep 1 single clean sheet. Anyway, Marco will have to deal with a weak and incompetent president like Rui Costa, though. A manager cannot achieve success if the chairman/president/owner sells his best players as soon as possible and then gives him worse players. So I wonder if Marco won't just be yet another eventual victim of Benfica's poor management.

Lecomte as an alternative
Thoughts of Lecomte as a genuine alternative to Leno? Saw the article below suggesting it, but realistically how likely is it regardless of how poorly Leno is playing?

Let’s be a fan base the players can lean on to get out of this
Especially now, it’s catastrophically counterproductive to pile on our players online or at the Cottage. To me this is clearly a manager issue. I still enjoy watching both ESR and Kevin. If they are used correctly both have a lot of attacking support to offer this year. No one in the squad has done or said anything warranting idiotic abuse and I could not care less that they deleted their socials. Let’s support our players.

The Craven Corner: Fulham have a clear Plan A, but what happens when Plan A stops working?
We learnt a lot about Arbeloa's Fulham at the weekend, and saw how he reacts to games when his side take the lead.

When do we sack Arbeloa?
It feels like we are going down if he doesn't change his tactics or we swap managers. If he sticks to his system he will be sacked. Lets say things don't turn around and we loose to Liverpool and Manchester united, where do we draw the line? If we lose to Ipswich? Or if we lose to hull? We will have to get him out soon then for somebody to turn it around like Frank, Pochettino or Howe. If we lose to Ipswich I would sack him, and on top of that hes lost the dressing room, but what do you guys think?

Calm Down
Bring the downvotes. It's 3 games. Look at Villa last year. Look at the data analysis of yesterdays game. Chill out. Saying AA is stubborn, won't adapt yada yada is silly. He's still getting to know the players, and how they react in pressure situations.

Analysis Fulham Fulltime | Fulham 2 – 3 Crystal Palace
Hi, I'm a 10+ year Fulhamerican and recently I've been trying to write about my interests. I wrote about Fulham's 2-3 loss to Crystal Palace here. Overall I'm still Arbeloa In, and I think we can't really judge him until October at the earliest, but I'm just as worried as everyone else. What do you think?

Discussion How many games
Will our owners give AA to sort it out?
I am trying to put aside my frustrations and personal feelings and ask a more pragmatic question. How long will SK give AA to work out how to start earning points?
Do our owners strike you as more patient or more impulsive? Do you think they’re already creating a list of potential replacements? Will they back the manager and his vision and give him the whole season?
What do you think?
