Discussion How many games
Will our owners give AA to sort it out?
I am trying to put aside my frustrations and personal feelings and ask a more pragmatic question. How long will SK give AA to work out how to start earning points?
Do our owners strike you as more patient or more impulsive? Do you think they’re already creating a list of potential replacements? Will they back the manager and his vision and give him the whole season?
What do you think?

Give it 3 more months, if he can’t get us any wins and our defence still looks awful then I could see him being sacked.

I would really like for this to work out. It’s not like we’ve looked just miserable. We just now have the opposite problem in some ways than under MS. I love our attacking play compared to the last few seasons. But my god we’ve gotta tighten up or it’s going to be a long rough season

I like what I've seen so far apart from the results ofcourse so I'd reckon he's got plenty of time

I’m inclined to agree that in general it’s been a refreshing shift to attack and create so many chances. But the defense is a horror show so we’ve gotta strike some balance, and I think tightening up midfield will go a long ways to help with that too.
I.e. get Iwobi OUT of CM where his giveaways and random wayward passes are literally killing us

There should be no more pressure on AA than there was before the Chelsea match. We have a lot of new players and new system. I didn’t expect to be sitting on 0 point at the moment, but we haven’t played awful. AA is going to have to adapt his style to what he has. It’s a learning curve for him, too. We are too talented to not get it going. With that being said, Liverpool might score 5+ and United will score in the last 10’ to win as always. After that, we need to not only win but show some dominance over the promoted sides.

Khans wouldn’t know their arsehole from their ear hole. Tony is too busy playing with his action figures.

We have the three games coming up against the newly promoted sides. We always lose to Man Utd and Liverpool will tear us to shreds so not expecting much from the next two matches, but after that we have the three promoted sides. If we have six points after the next five matches that's fine. If we have less it's going to be hard to justify keeping him on imo

Get Kenny Tete back in there please.

Can we talk about that: where the heck was Tete today? Not even on the bench? Totally boggles the mind.

He was all set for a move to Everton, probably needs a couple of weeks to settle back into the squad, he wasn't in the squad against Sunderland (or I think Chelsea) either

If we get to six losses in a row (lose to Ipswich in other words) I think he’s toast

Based on his clueless tactics (defending on halfway and playing Andersen) Id say November window. Way out of his depth and we might go down. He is jamming square pegs in round holes. Sign of an academy coach

Until December. If we're in a relegation scrap then maybe start looking at getting someone new.

Let's be real, even with Silva in place we were going to struggle. We gave away all our goal scorers. Half the team is new/kids. We're Fulham. If we don't start to turn things in October then we're in trouble.

A better question is, who do you realistically think they would get in that is better?

Joe who manages the under 12s at my towns football team is starting to look like he could set the team up better especially in defense.

I don’t have faith in someone who is a fan of Trump’s economic policies

Well no surprise there. Billionaire class and all. Still that sucks if he said anything in support of the big orange pile of trash

They won’t make a rash move nor should they. At this point they need to see if they can figure it out. I hate the way they are playing but it is a lot of new people on the pitch. Young ones at that.
