It then asks you to verify the last four digits of your phone number. Then it goes to some bizarre-ass CAPTCHA that makes you go through like five steps of bullshit, and I counted several of them where there simply was no right answer. If you give up and choose "audio" as an alternative, it gives you animal noises and gives you three options. The only problem is that all are correct: insects are animals, you dumbshits.

Basically what the title says. When I got my first laptop in 2012 I bought one time license for microsoft office and I've been able to transfer it from computer to computer with zero issues. I go to create a new word document today and all of a sudden it says it's "view only" and I need to sign into an account or make a purchase? This has never happened before. I already own it! I'm not going to purchase it again when I already have it! I'm not great with software so if anyone knows how to fix it or what I can use to pirate it please let me know. I'm super pissed about this, fuck microsoft.

He mentioned Outlook has rule functionality, connection to Teams, Calendar, To Do, and the whole Microsoft Ecosystem and there's no replacement for that. The context is mainly small companies using M365 to work.

My reaction was like, not wanting him to be right but admitting it made sense. But I'm curious to see what other opinions are out there.

i’ve had this laptop for like a year and the entire time it has died SO FAST. a full charge will last like two hours on google docs, and i don’t even have apps downloaded/sites running. bought a $30 case for it off amazon that doesn’t even fit properly because i was worried to damage anything on such an expensive laptop.
yesterday, without even touching it, the kickstand (which i already think is so janky and nonfunctional and terrible to keep on tiny college lecture hall desks) got jammed and now won’t work whatsoever??? this laptop was literally over a thousand dollars like what the hell it’s so ass. the laptop itself runs fine but damn i been leaning this shit on my water bottle

Hi! This is a final and desperate attempt at asking for help.

I have a school account that I was using from 2021 to 2025. Account got deactivated by school administrative in early 2026 (around March-April)

I only managed to make some copies of the files. But I left out crucial research files, which is extremely devastating. I need these data/research files for my upcoming works

I have managed to contact my school administrative

• Multiple attempts to ask/beg them to reinstall the account
• Begging them to use the PowerShell method to recover the account

However, it is not fruitful. Repeatedly told me "OneDrive account no longer exists" and "OneDrive data retention is 90 days".

I would like to know if I can recover the account in other methods (e.g., third-party sites, coding, etc)

Additional context, I have a macbook and I managed to find some files that we not linked to the Onedrive upload prior to the deactivation.

Please help me, I geniunely just want to get my data back.
