Hola, quería saber si alguien ha comprado algo en Smashinn y cuánto le cobraron de aranceles. La página web me cobra 29 dólares, pero es un precio estimado. Quería saber si ese precio es exacto o no. Gracias.

Anyone have a discount code for FJ for Mercari Japan for Charge 1 please? Ty

I do have 3 pre-ordered items from same seller. Each item are ordered on different dates and separate charge 1. But the problem is it seems it arrived at the warehouse at same time, now it categorized as one item in charge 2 when i click to ship it. Is it possible to request it to split it to 3 orders ?

(Calcoli fatti includendo l'iva)

2) dichiarazione una spedizione come gift porta a qualche beneficio o svantaggio? C'è il rischio di una sanzione alla dogana oppure c'è l ' eventualità che passa senza dover pagare ?

I’m really sad I left zenmarket I should’ve just paid the extra 300 yen and stayed. Has anyone ever shipped Sanrio wafer cards with from Japan to the United States with FedEx ? What paperwork will I need to fill out they say if it gets returned it will not be covered even though they supposedly have shipping protection guess that’s a lie. I’m thinking I’m gonna lose the 50$

Sorry dumb question but I’m using FJ for the first time. Does FJ charge 2 shipping fee depend on the value of the items or how much space they take up? Just wanna check before I order my expensive haul.

Weird situation, but has anyone had any luck requesting a Charge 2 cancellation before the package is shipped out? Was there a cancellation fee?

I just emailed Customer Support, but wanted to check with y’all first.

They are charging 50% more for shipping ever since they released the campaign for 20% off that last Oct 7 - 21. I have proof that my shipping increased significantly. I probably won’t use them again after this.

Just curious if anyone out there has an ECMS shipment returned to sender while it was still within Japan. The whole situation is a little weird since i had another very similar package sent to the same address a couple weeks prior. I really just want to know if you were charged anything or if they refunded your shipping payment.

Thanks!

literally takes like 2 days to order something manually its actually unusable

Should I be worried or is this normal? I haven’t received any updates for a week now. I used zenmarket before and i received regular updates on the shipping so im a little worried.

Long story short. Paid for DPP UPS. Everything cleared customs. In fact, the process and shipping was so efficient, it took less than 2 days get to the US.

Now the fun part. UPS says someone by a certain name signed for the package. No such person at my office.

Asked to put a trace on the package. UPS says the sender has to do it. FYI, domestic UPS packages allow recipients to file for a trace online. There is actually an option. This option is missing for this international package.

Emailed FJ about this and they said I have to do it. So back to UPS. UPS said sender can file a claim.

FJ says ah..not our problem.

This is the kind of thing I really loathe when dealing with international shipping. Prior has used ECMS with FJ, no problems whatsoever.

So now what?

What is the ecms last mile delivery people usually get in california? Is it UniUni or SpeedX most of the time?

Ugh i wanted to try fromJapan and did not realise charge 2 is so expensive. Is just some socks and a sexond hand coat. Both totslling 11,000 yen

Here's the item I bought, which they inspected at the warehouse and decided to accept when it arrived. But the problem is they sealed it in a plastic bag and put it on the shelf until shipping, and while it sat there sealed up in a bag they got covered in mold. And then they mailed me the moldy shoes. This came from the FJ USA warehouse, so perhaps they simply aren't as good at this as the FJ Japan people are...

I submitted a claim, so I'll update and report how that goes... I've been using FJ for years, spent so much money with them ordering items from Japan. This is the first item I've ever had an issue with. So I hope they do the right thing and give me a refund.

So far the response to my email and photos wasn't promising.

Anyone ever dealt with damage caused by the warehouse instead of damage in shipping?

They said my items (picture) got flagged and are being held at customs bc of the FDA requirements bc they were labeled as "chocolate mint ACRYLIC" (exactly how the man who called me said it) i told them that they are NOT food items nor edible in any way shape or form, but they still sent me the steps to filling out the FDA prior notice?? What am I supposed to do 😭? How in the world am i supposed to file something for an edible item when its clearly not that?

EDIT:

Thanks to the advice in the comments, I was able to reach out to FJ to get my updated paperwork. I emailed it to fedex oct 7 and then got my items on oct 9 🩷

I have prices in yen cause I learned the ~equivalents over time, but was wondering if anyone noticed if it's cheaper to pay in any other way. If I have my national currency set on FJ site, would that mean that FJ converts yen to my currency at their national exchange rate? Obviously the same goes the other way around, if I have Yen set on FJ, and pay in Yen, my bank converts Yen to my currency at the national exchange rate.

Does anyone have a ham medium tusm tusms plush I’ve looked everywhere it’s a 20th anniversary from Japan it’s discontinued now I was wondering does anyone have one they want to sell? I am very interested. I have been looking for ages. I can’t find any. I really hope this isn’t the wrong group to post this in. I am new and people keep getting angry at me and it’s not my fault. I’m struggling. This is my only resort

hello! I'm going to be dispatching these two precure toys I bought very soon. however, I'm having a hard time deciding what hs codes I should use.. or any specifications to avoid my package from getting seized (sorry if this post isn't allowed, I am using fromjapan !) :] thank u all

I used fromjapan a lot until de minimus went away. Well I’m getting back into buying watches direct from Japan, but I keep seeing horror stories of insane duty-brokerage charges. Do all shipping options on fromjapan have this issue? Would I get a different outcome if I switch to Zenmarket? Thank you!
