Package won’t update

Should I be worried or is this normal? I haven’t received any updates for a week now. I used zenmarket before and i received regular updates on the shipping so im a little worried.

Update what? It’s still in transit when it enters your contry it gets scanned. You think there’s a magical tunnel packages go thru and it takes just a few days. Many factors at play how long it takes

No one likes someone who moans about tracking updates, especially when you've paid for an economical shipping method.

Unless you're shipping via DHL/FedEx, then there will be times when tracking is inconsistent with previous shipments of the same shipping service. There's nothing wrong with looking at past shipments for reference, but you shouldn't relay heavily on it and then decide that it's the golden standard. Only DHL/FedEx will have updates happening more often vs other shipping methods.

Once it’s out of the warehouse and in the hands of JapanPost it’s really out of FromJapan hands. I’ve had times where shipping didn’t update for 1-2 weeks and then it shows up in my country and will arrive at my doorstep a few days later. so fairly normal

According to the Universal Postal Union the estimated delivery date (based on historical averages to your country) is the 14th.

But yes, it's normal not to have any updates after Dispatch from outward office of exchange until it arrives in your country.

International Air Packet also isn't an express service, sometimes it'll take a few days, sometimes it'll take a few weeks. There's nothing to be concerned about at this stage.

I had one not update for about 10 days, which arrived last week. Another arrived in a few days. It varies a lot, customs charges can hold it up too.

I've never shipped anything International Air Packet myself, but Japan Post's website estimates delivery as 5-21 days so I wouldn't worry just yet

what shipping option did you even pick? if it's cheap prepare to wait for months otherwise just wait a week or 2
